Horrible I won’t be back to any of them because of this store we went in for my sons birthday grab a few toys one of the toys was listed in for 24.99 in two different spots in the store but ringing up a different price 2 sales associates told us to take it too the front and they would honor the price … however we got to the front security was following my husband and son around and then he had an whole issue in the front when they wouldn’t honor the price .. first off not all back people steal teach your rent a cop better !!! And secondly vendor or not honor your ticket price never will I shop at a target again

Last 2 times there the checkout lines way too long Only one full service line open and 2 of the 4 self checkout lines open. The other 2 were broken. Read where they raised all employees wages recently and that's good. But did they make up the loss by scaling back on help????? IMO beginning to be like Walmart in this regard

It's alright if you're not looking for grocery items. Multiple times we've came across expired soda here. A few of those times it was incredibly far beyond its expiration and a few times just barely expired but expired nonetheless. I'd suggest going to Blue Ash Target or even the Colerain store is a little better than this one.

My son wanted these Pokémon card they had on the shelf for $24.99 it was in the wrong spot in two different locations. When I asked an employee what’s the real price they said $64.99. I then said we’ll this is false advertising because of the price and locations item. The sells man said take it up front and the should price match it. To make a long story short, the manager did it honor the price of the item and did not apologize for your stock clerks putting the item in the wrong location with the wrong price. I will never spend another cent in any target anymore

When we walked in (3:50p) only the self check out was opened. 5 ppl were standing around a register. 1 guy did help me find what I was looking for. When we left...1 register was open along with self check out. 3 ppl standing around on their phones. If I woulda known that I would be getting paid to stand around...I woulda accepted the job offer.

Associates have always seemed eager to help. At first with the restricted Tuesday morning hours from 8-9 for vulnerable health shoppers I used to get annoyed because it happened to be the same day & time I'm able to get shopping in before work. But now realize how thoughtful it is of target amd can just do a drive up at that time instead. It's quick and easy.
