The food & service is great at this location! But recently (4/25) I went in and they only had one person working and she was amazing!!! Although she had a long line, she kept her composure, apologized to all of her customers and still got us our correct orders. Give this woman a raise & a promotion!!!! She is absolutely going above & beyond! But whoever the GM or owner of this needs to provide her with some employees….I know there is a shortage everywhere..but she needs help! So just 1 star based on that…but her individual work deserves 5 stars. #SuperStar

I went to the one zip 45240. The manager was RUDE. She yelled at the customer in front of me because she didn't think the sandwich they gave her was right. The manager yelled, "I been doing this for years, never been wrong. You can take your extra meat & get out of here." She's yelling at the employees. She told one, "You been here all day, why don't you know the pickles are set up?" She yelled at another employee, "Oh you mad? That's why I'm going to make you stay." It's a very hostile environment for customers and employees alike. She is a bully & needs to be stopped. You DON'T yell at customers. If you need to reprimand an employee, you don't yell, ever, you pull them aside and talk to them respectfully.

Worst location in the area! Unfortunately I've given this location several opportunities to to change my mind but no luck. The food prep area is filthy, the dining area is filthy, half of which is the two employees home away from home. Several tables occupied with the personal belongings of the employees. The employees have a serious problem with making it clear they do not appreciate customers coming in and disturbing them. The ingredients are not fresh or handled properly, the meat is not fresh or stored properly handled. The portions are not to specification in a attempt to make the prepped toppings last until closing time so the two employees do not have to prepare more and the same with the meat very little meat on the sandwiches. I will not be making another stop at this location and feel I spent $30 to be disrespected with horrible service and the possibility of food poisoning.

Eboni not only provide unbelievably exceptional customer service , as well as culinary skills.Myself and few other colleagues decided to have lunch together. Eboni was/is the only employee I seen in the entirety of the restaurant within a time frame of an hour and a half. She had amazing personality and stewardship. Not to mention catering and walk in orders as well. The leadership and determination from a single individual and experience not only was 100% satisfying the food was made as if she had taken time with every sandwich no matter the obstacles faced. Well done to the Young lady running this establishment. She deserved her recognition.
