Dunkin'

Terrible service, was in the drive thru and they tell me to pull up without ordering and when i get to the window they have no clue I didn’t even order yet, they said they are busy as an excuse. When i finally order at the window they have me pull off to the side. I waited 20 minutes Craig, and guess what? The guy comes out to my car and Craig, No lie the man goes, did you order something and what am I waiting on. That man had to go back in and then begin the order i was waiting so long on. Someone please send this crew to college.

Ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese wraps. For my 5yr old. And what they handed me was a cold tortilla. Cheese not even close to melted. They literally just cooked the bacon put it on top and handed it to me. This is the second time the same guy has done this. Either he is incompetent or racist. I shouldn’t have to go home and finish cooking what I ordered. I used to go daily with my wife and boy some times multiple times a day. At this point I’m done with DD AT THIS LOCATION. If my wife chooses to go she can but I’ll just have to go to the bentonville location if I really feel like a cup off DD or just get 7 brew it’s on the same lot anyways.

Managed by addicts, who can't make a cup of coffee. Maybe had 20 teeth in 3 members. Absolutely refused to accept the coffee was rancid and argued instead, then refused to refund or make another cup . I'll leave one a day until this is resolved. Rarely see the same employees, as they apparently have some issue retaining quality help

We went this morning. My friends coffee wasn’t hot like we ordered. I told her i wanted caramel in my drink she did not put caramel in there. She gave me the wrong food items. The only thing right about my order was my two donuts. She was extremely rude. Rolled her eyes at me when i said it was going to be separate tickets. Which i did tell her that when i was ordering. Was just not good at all. Wasted my money.

Don’t get me wrong, this place is cool and all but it’s just my caramel cappuccino always comes out wrong because the employees are new and stuff. Im okay with getting it wrong once in a while but constantly? Noooo😩employees are amazing, customer service is amazing, but please make the drinks like they’re supposed to be made:,) THANKS!
