My Door dash driver waited 17 minutes for ONE large cup of coffee and ONE chocolate milk. That’s ridiculous. You pour the coffee in a cup and put a lid on it. No reason it should have taken almost 20 minutes to be served one coffee and a jug of chocolate milk. I can understand good items… but That requires no preparation. Please do better.

There is always something wrong at this location. Either your orders wrong or you get stuck waiting forever. Today @ 3:30pm I checked in my mobile order: a large iced caramel macchiato and a strawberry cream pie. Took 3-4 mins to get to window, which is fast. They hand out the pie and tell me to wait. A few more minutes I’m told to go to the third window and wait. 14 mins later I call into the lobby (because it’s closed so I couldn’t walk in) and the young girl tells me they are still working on making it. In the meantime, I have seen them hand out other peoples coffees. Still on the phone with her saying nothing I finally get her attention and she says the macchiato milk won’t come out of the machine. So I ask, can you just make me a caramel latte? She says sure and hangs up. 3 mins later a guy brings me an iced caramel coffee (not latte). It taste nasty! So I just got to waste gas (which we all know is pricey), and waste half an hour of my weekend just to end up spending $4 on a drink I am going to poor down my sink. And sadly, this is one of my better visits. At least this time I wasn’t over charged and forced to come back 2 different times before a manager that could actually help me was there… I normally avoid this location but it’s the closest to my house and I just wanted a macchiato for my Saturday treat. Next time I will just drive farther.

It was 3 on a Sunday afternoon so when we arrived my wife said "Well, it won't be busy." True enough, but the service was the worst I've ever experienced at McDonalds. We ordered without problem or delay and were third in line. The person at the pickup window was allowed to sit there for a good 5 to 10 minutes before finally being asked to pull forward. The car in front of us only purchased a drink, so ten seconds later we were at the pick up window. Five to ten minutes later, the young lady came to the window to let us know that the person initially at the window (who was now inside trying to pick-up his order) had ordered 25 meals and they were still trying to get those finished before they would get to my double cheeseburger and small fries. I said I'd prefer a refund and it took another two minutes to get that. So 20 minutes after arrival we left with nothing but aggravation and our $3.32 back.

Matt is an amazing employee! We ordered our meals, he gave my son an extra slushy that was going to be thrown away. He could have thrown it away and gone about his day, instead he chose to put a smile on my son's face. So Matt if you read this you rock buddy!!! My son and I truly appreciate your act of kindness!!

I understand I showed up 5mins before close. A simple “We are about to close” would’ve been fine because I’ve worked fast food as a teenager. Sometimes the grill wouldn’t shut down until 10mins after close because of a rush so it’s always worth a shot to drive up. You ignore me at the window until I have to knock on it in order to get your attention and the you answer with “We are closed” 5 mins before you actually close. This is exactly why you don’t deserve more than $11 an hour and have no future in any job with such a lazy mentality. I worked fast food as a teenager and was paid $7.25. Technically at the fast food restaurant I worked at we were required to help customers up to 5mins after our actual closing time…. The way I saw it was “Heck, I’m already here and it’s 11pm.. What’s 10mins gonna hurt?” I love helping people the most when they least expect it.
