Applebee's

We stopped at Applebee's because it was the only location that would fit our 3 trucks pulling trailers. They were not busy at all, but since there was 6 of us, they said it would be 20 minutes before they could seat us. We decided to sit at the bar instead. This way we could watch Nascar. Lol. The hostess said that was fine, but she didn't know how long it would take to get service. It was almost like she didn't want us there. We sat at the bar anyway. The bartender did get us menus and took our drink order rather quickly. After we had our drinks, she took our order. The appetizers came out quickly, our food did too. The onion rings were good. I had chicken penne pasta. My husband had the cheese burger. They were good. It's too bad they can't get more people working there to help out.

Okay so first let me say I know it's not a steak house, the waitress even said so😂 but I ordered a 6oz sirloin medium, which by my understanding is a light pink inside, when I receive it, it was DARK pink like very rare, so I gave it back and asked to cook it more. It returned shortly and the manager asked me to cut it, it was still dark pink in the middle. I asked what there definition on cooks was because I might need to order it medium well instead to get the cook I want. They brought it back, the same steak the whole time, a 6 oz sirloin already cut into twice, so by the third time, it was definitely well done and dry and I just told them it's fine, just leave it. My mother in law ate a few bites of it and I ate the mashed potatoes that were still slightly warm and went on our way since they were done eating by the time I got my food. Our waitress was fantastic tho and the drinks were very good, the new Sleigh Bell drinks! The 2.50 mugs are good too!

We live by this Applebees location so we frequent a lot! They have been short handed the past few times we have come which is understandable and they have had a lot of turnover. Tonight, however, we were very impressed with our server, Maddi! She was so kind, positive, and had a great attitude. They are lucky to have her!! I feel like good service is few abs far between these days so it was a nice surprise for our Friday night dinner. Thank you Maddi! 🎉

I recently moved to the Northwest Arkansas area and this place has made me feel welcome which is why I always frequent it. I highly recommend everyone do the same. Food quality is always grade A. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Reading the reviews about being short staffed always infuriates me because isn't everyone these days? My answer to those comments is if you can do better, then why don't you apply. Take it from my experiences, this place is AWESOME!

I work across the street from this location and have done the car side to go multiple times when I feel like splurging a little. The last 4 or 5 times I've been there, it has taken over 15 minutes to have my order brought out (after receiving the text that confirms my check in.) That means my food is cold and soggy. Also, even though I request it, utensils are rarely provided. Not worth the hassle in my opinion.

Wait staff - Non existent Host - Walked around like he was high24/7 and doing absolutely nothing trying to “act” busy Waited 20 minutes just for a waiter or waitress to even show up to the table to take a drink order Keep in mind there was maybe 5-10 people in the restaurant so they weren’t busy in any way. The table was very sticky so it was not properly cleaned. I came about a 2 weeks prior to this and it wasn’t as bad but still not great, but after tonight I really have no idea this place is still open.

The worst service I ever experienced in a restaurant, sat for 15 minutes before being seated and 15 minutes more at the bar waiting also. They had minimal customers and plenty of help, this place will never receive my business again. I also watched a couple get up from their table and go to bar because of poor service. The bartender done a fantastic job but he was also waiting tables and doing his job while the rest of the staff wandered off ignoring everybody.
