Outback Steakhouse

This would have been a 1-star changed to a 5! This is about the genuine service. We ordered food online, like a lot of food. Never showed up. House full of people and we had no idea where our food was. Hours passed. Finally got someone on the phone and turns out there wasn’t a delivery driver. Guy quit or didn’t show up or whatever. Our food was sitting on the counter. Manager starts delivering all of it. Not just ours. I was on my way to Burger King when food shows up. They’ve re-made it and to top it off, free meal. And a restaurant credit for an apology. They wanted our business. We gave it months, tried to order with the credit. Manager remembered every detail and covered the order with the credit. Food arrived timely and was delicious. That’s 3 times this location paid for the same meal: the original, the remake, and the apology. Happy to give patronage to this location. We are frequenters and love it! Might order some tonight!!!

Steak overcooked. Asked for bacon, cheese, chives with my potato. Got what looks like the last bit you don't bother picking up with your fork because it's so small. Requested *no* plasticware, etc because my hotel room has a kitchen. Got not one, but two of everything. Asked for butter, got sour cream. So basically - incorrectly prepared steak & a plain potato.

Wonderful visit. Great fresh, fast food. Aussie fries with ranch, and two sirloin steak lunch portions. Perfectly cooked medium well with a light pink center and brown on the edges. Summer was our waitress and you could tell she was smiling even behind her face covering. She was very kind, even when I had to leave in a hurry. She had a box, portion cups with lids, and even to go drinks for myself and spouse. All staff had faces covered, as did the majority of patrons I saw; perhaps 9/10 people. The hostess took care to ensure guests were spaced out when possible Restaurant and restrooms were very clean and well stocked.

The bartender was our waiter. I’ve never seen one man work as hard as he does. Even when he’s had others back there helping he still works circles around them. Every customer is well cared for even when all seats are taken! He is amazing. Whatever he’s being paid is not enough. He is on it! He is still friendly and interacts with everyone.
