Wendy's

Well, the line was very long and about a 15 minute wait just to order...But the kicker...Am I the only one who gets annoyed when you order nuggets and they straight interrupt you when you are ordering something else to ask 'what kind of sauce?' I said no thank you, I don't want any sauce and thank you for interrupting me, when I was speaking to ask what kind of sauce I want. Seriously. It's sauce. It can be asked at the end of the order. Stop interrupting people and be nice. That is all.

Will give 5 stars because the food was really good, but I am definitely concerned for the workers there. The person serving the food out the window looked like they had just cried and everyone else looked long defeated. I felt so terrible for them. Hopefully people start working here soon because the stress seems like a lot for the few people working here already :(

Only gave 1 star bc I had to. This place needs to be put under new management. 1st, the employees are in slow motion. 2nd they can't get orders right to save a life. 3rd they finally open the inside (even though every other restaurant has been open over a year) after like 2 years. Then you park, go inside for them to tell you they only except cash inside, but the drive thru takes debit (even though the registers are 5 feet apart and a sign on the door would be a great way to let people know and not waste their time) By the time you get back to your car the drive thru line is out to the street. And with the employees moving backwards bc they are so slow, waiting in that line is at least 30 to 45 min. Last time I came here I sat in the drive thru line for 25 min only to get up to the speaker for them to tell me they were closing due to not enough staff. Even though the person right infront of me was able to offer. It's absolutely ridiculous that these people are paid $15 an hour plus. The owner and manager should be ashamed of themselves for the way the store is ran. It really is the absolute worst fast food location I've ever been to.

No receipt, no ketchup even though I expressly asked for some, no fork for my potato, no crackers for my chili. They gave me my food and then shut the window, so I had to park and walk inside to get stuff, which defeats the purpose of a drive thru. This is a constant problem at multiple Wendy's locations, either missing an item or missing something you need to eat it. Please come up with a better process of filling orders.

Tonight, we went thwre at 8:30pm and sat in line with 7 other cars. No cars moved. There were 4 young adults inside just standing around. They could at least put up a closed sign and told people in the drive thru that they were closed. I do NOT RECOMMEND THIS WENDY'S. Will never go back, and will be posting all over social media. Also calling corporate.
