Ihop

Me and my family of 4 went to this IHOP for breakfast this morning. The GM Virginia was such blessing, she took the time to come over to our table and speak to our family. She was extremely polite, easy to talk to, and made sure we were well taken care of. Our server also did an excellent job taking care of our needs. I would highly recommend visiting this IHOP location!

If I could give this location more than 5 stars I would . This location and its employees have been nothing but amazing to me. The moment I walked through the door my waiter Moee greeted me immediately served me fresh hot coffee annd warm syrup and despite the amount of tables that she had to serve she still brought my food out hot. The restrooms are clean and if I walked past another server I was still acknowledged. The manager stopped by my table to make sure everything was great as well . I will absolutely make this a weekend thing my family and I loved. I know the cooks sprinkled a bit of love on my food as well. .

First I want to say that Aliya I believe was our waiters name was very Friendly and check on us to see if everything was good a lot. I don't know if she's a manager, but she was back-and-forth, making sure everything was good with everyone.We come to this location bc it's usually not as busy like the one that's closer to us but today there was a lot of people waiting to be seated and a lot of tables available I'm guessing they were short on staff. The food presentation is usually nice at this location but today my avocado was so gray it looked nasty. My waiter needs more than 5 stars she looks like a hard worker with a positive attitude.

Feeling so weak, i was in search of a quick, healthy fast food meal and this hit the spot. When the restrooms are clean, the food feels safe to eat. So it was a very pleasant atmosphere. Tables clean, floor clean..Manager had a welcoming smile, and i have to honest ☺️ i judged her a bit because she had tattoos....but she was the sweetest ever. 💕 i was in a funk upon entering, but their service hit the spot. It's a trying time for me, so i could only leave a $8 tip. But my meal was $27...i love to tip good service... just had water 💧 Great job ..hope my review helped somebody in doubt.

Hadn't ever had a Serrano chili before, and it caught me by surprise. I hadn't really read the description but liked the idea of the chicken fajita omlette. I ate the Serrano first while expecting it as a jalapeño (which I handle fine), and had the shock of my life. I want to try it again, because knowing what I'm getting into would be a little different. The service was as good as they could, they're needing more employees and there was only one cook on hand. The server was stretched trying to wait the entire store, she was great at finding a balance between it all.
