I have seen this place for many years and this was my first time eating there. The food was good especially the biscuits and gravy. The hashbrowns were good as well. I will return again!

A fairly good breakfast place. The Monte Cristo was a lot of bread so I probably wouldn't order it again. But the chilaqiiles are pretty good. Service was great.

Great find! Today was our first stop here, and it definitely will not be our last! An extensive menu will make it easy to bring anyone along for a great meal & good old plain cup of black coffee.

At first this place did not get me the best impression what I went inside, because it had a weird smell to it and for some reason it was extremely cold. Not only temperature cold, but it felt like the patrons were being cold as well and the ambience of the room was cold. It could have just felt like that because it was really morning, and I noticed quickly that we were the only girls wearing hijabs.
However that took a change when our sweet server came and got our order. She was really kind and quickly brought out our food, was sweet to my toddler and gave me different options that I asked for as well, like extra half and half and Splenda for my coffee. Would go back just for the service alone!

We like coming here when we’re in the area. I absolutely love the sopes benedict, our son had the Monte Cristo and my husband the skillet. Very reasonable pricing, friendly staff, and very little wait time in general.

The restaurant is a little bit small, but the food is really good and the portions are pretty good as well. The place might be a little bit pricey compared to alike restaurants though. The service was great and fast.

This place is amazing!!!!!! The staff is absolutely wonderful. Jennifer our waitress was so sweet and attentive. Everything we ordered was so fresh and delicious. I ordered a golden gate Benedict and it was perfect. My daughter had the sweet trio and it was delicious!!!! Also they have amazing coffee and omelets. My husband had the el Fuego plate and loved it. The biscuits and gravy tastes homemade, a definite must!We used to drive all the way to the vintage to eat at another broken egg but the broken yolk is fantastic we will be coming here from now on.

This was my first time visiting the establishment and I must say I had an amazing experience. I like the location and the building is very modern. I was greeted by Marc who had a very pleasant disposition. He also took my order and brought my food. I had the acai bowl and the new Spicy Vegan Bowl which was amazing! I definitely plan on going back since I don't live too far from the establishment. It is conveniently located near HEB and Starbucks which are two of my other frequented places. Thanks for a great experience Broken Yolk and I look forward to eating there again.

Clean. Spacious. Inviting. Environment is calming. Parking can be a challenge but there is more in the area. Food was good - seasoned in the basics. If you prefer pop seasoning for your taste, this is not the place. Menu has a variety of options. Waiter [didn't have a name tag] was kind and minimal in professionalism - not a bad thing. He did his part in everything. Enjoyed that experience.

Broken Yolk Cafe on Louetta at the Stuebner Airline intersection in Spring Texas.
Great place for breakfast, the menu is expensive including eggs, egg combos, avocado toast, eggs Benedict, Mexican classic breakfast s, biscuits and gravy, omelettes, skillet combos, pancakes, waffles, french toast and last but not least- CREPES
The restaurant is very clean and wait staff is attentive. Not crowded for a Tuesday morning, but tables were being moved quickly.
Today they were serving everyone a sample of the Raspberry Crunch French Toast. Very light, raspberry sauce was not overwhelming.
With the French Toast devoured in pleasure, I ordered a short stack of pancakes with chocolate chips.
Couldn't come close to eating these two pancakes. Very good and the chocolate chips melted just right
Thanks for the nice breakfast, I'll be back to continue exploring your menu.
