Mcdonald's

Refused to make my breakfast order *that I placed 30-45minutes prior* due to the fact that I arrived at 10:37a.m. and they stop serving breakfast at 10:30 apparently.. even after I told them my kid wouldn't eat anything else but mcd pancakes and he has the flu. He hasn't eaten in 3 days almost and thats the 1st thing he's wanted. And 1030?? When did it change I thought lunch began at 11..👎👎👎👎

Came on 07/14/2023 at around 10pm to pick up some fries, pulled up to the first window to grab my receipt and was waiting in the line (diner was closed by this point but I didn’t mind the wait, I wasn’t really in a rush). Tyler was at that first window and after a couple minutes she asked if I just wanted her to bring me my order since it was only fries. I told her I wasn’t in any rush but if it wasn’t much of an inconvenience to her then I’d happily take my order and leave, and when I tell you this sweet woman went and grabbed my fries no problem and handed them to me so I didn’t have to wait in the line and would be off on my way! Truly, she shows initiative and without being asked, she offered to help out and overall was super awesome and kind. Will definitely be coming back and bringing all my friends and family to this location!! You can just tell she’s a hard worker (:
