This was our first time here since we’re new to the area. Very nice mall. Large with lots of stores. If you can’t find it here you probably don’t need it anyway. We walked around the whole place and the food court seems to be popular. Just like other malls the upstairs seems to have the better stores. It’s well kept and organized. We’ll definitely go back.

Happened upon this mall while exploring in the Woodlands. Actually really nice. They had several stores that I hadn’t been able to find in Houston.
Not sure if they run crazy sales, deals and discounts but they’ve got all the stores.

Love this place ! After Galleria mall, Woodlands mall gives you that luxury vibes and also the outside of the mall is so beautiful and if you don’t know this then you should know they have Amazon store in the mall … now you can just go in the store and shop rather shopping online and waiting for days for delivery

The Mall was just fine. We had a bit of an issue with just getting around it. Parking was not user friendly, specially the parking garage. It was confusing and the directions were almost contradictory to each other. This was our second visit and we'll probably try the outside parking area next. We didn't find enough disable parking spots, since they were all full, it was a Friday before noon. Maybe the timing was just not right.

Security Presents is /high that's awesome. I do Believe More Lights Should be Installed in Very Dark areas around the Mall. It's Dec 6th not quite holiday hours yet, just a typical weekday and Almost every store closes at 8PM some Earlier, hard to shop stores when you get off work at or after 6PM..

Visited the Woodlands mall area and water canal to see Christmas lights. Enjoyed seeing their tree by the mall. Beautiful display.

I enjoy walking around and people watch. Today was even better to shop multiple stores at one location to get almost all my Christmas shopping done. There is such a variety of stores where I found something for almost everyone on my list.

Love this mall! We mallwalk,then shop. Inside cleaning staff is the best I've ever seen and I had years of property management experience. A true delight and makes you want to shop and buy at the stores. All so nice.
Only negative is outdoor trash all over the grounds.

Gavin and Josh are always on top of their shoe game knowledge and their customer support is top tier. This is my son's favorite shoe store today we found some hard to find Jordans and my son is one happy camper. I highly recommend💯💯💯

Firstly I’d like to say, staff are very professional and have always made me feel comfortable and welcome.
The domestics are always helpful and friendly, they keep everywhere very clean at all times. Julie and Linda always go over and above to help us and are very friendly. The reception staff especially Peter have always been helpful and encourage me from the first day of joining the gym and swimming.
The only thing that isn’t so good is that on Sunday you can’t get breakfast or a light lunch only a main meal. The restaurant doesn’t open until 11.30 so can’t even pop in for a coffee when going to the gym or swimming early.
I think there are plenty of chefs there so why can’t we get a baked potato and a drink. Hope that will change in the near future.
Overall I love going to Woodlands I would recommend it to everyone to come and enjoy yourselves.

First time visiting The Wooodlands Mall and I'm happy about my visit. Beautiful mall and a great views.
A select variety of stores on the first and second floor. Food court is clean and also has several places to choose from.
Very enjoyable visit.
Downside: Restrooms are not very clean. Need better administration.

Amazing area, that blends into the "town center" area. Beautiful scenery. We kept area. One of few, well kept, clean, and upscale malls left in America. Such a gorgeous area filled with walkways and so many shops.

top tier mall you can visit. clean, calm and wide variety of stores. Same with food court.
beware: Holidays/Sales can get crazy traffic with in mall.
very relaxing feeling if you sit outside with a drink from starbucks.
environment is very causal leaning to formal side of things.
