Absolutely love the girls here. From my last horrible experience at the Gessner Starbucks, I didn't want to step a foot in starbucks ever again but these girls here changed my mind. I only mobile ordered my son's drink and his banana bread since I wanted my drink a specific ways so I walked in and asked her if she can make the dink my way, and right away with a huge smile she said OF COURSE. Even with another girl who was making my drink was so sweet and double check to make sure she gets my drink right and it was PERFECT. My only regret was that I didn't get their names to thank them. I know it might be just a cup of coffee but these girls made my day. Thank you so much.

8.16.2022 They are amazing! I almost come here every day for work lately and I saw they have staff meeting to keep impeoving user experience. So I was asked if I need anything by one of their staff on training. I also see they would remember frequent customer's name and ask some laptop customers if they need anything from time to time. I felt very warm-hearted! 🥺 So cuuuuute, they have initials display for pickup. The staff are kind and friendly

My all time favorite Starbucks location! I used to come here pretty much every day while living in The Woodlands. The morning staff is always awesome, quick, and they make the BEST tasting drinks! The night staff usually didn’t make my drink as good but they are all very sweet. I miss this location so much, they are unmatched! 🏆💫 {**Only go if you have some extra time in the morning, as they usually have long lines from both sides of the parking lot.}

Always super friendly! Excellent customer service and expedited service for my Venti Macha Tea Frap with coconut milk and whipped cream via the drive-through. The ham and cheese croissant is delicious too! You really can't beat the prices, quality, and awesome customer relations! Around $10.00 for the croissant and huge Macha tea frap! 🍵

I would consider myself a regular at this location and it’s definitely for a reason. Every member of the staff is excellent. I came inside this afternoon instead of going through the drive through, while they were super busy, i watched the team effectively and efficiently manage the workload seemingly with ease and with smiles. some know me by name, and i feel very welcomed here every single day. Love you guys :)

UPDATE: Someone finally listened to the customers and they moved the location where you order. Kudos, the drive thru makes sense again! 😁 Used to like going to this location until some moron decided it would be a good idea to move the spot where you place your drive thru order... smh... guess I need to find a new drive thru place to get my coffee!

The people who work at this Starbucks deserve some type of award. They are amazing people who are very hardworking & care about their customers. When this Starbucks was full, I drove to the one down the road, and I was not greeted with the same energy as this Starbucks. It’s clear that this Starbucks is always full not just because of the convenient location, but also because of their amazing staff.

Our local Starbucks. Conveniently located on our way to work. Social distancing is definitely practiced here as seen in my pictures. Everyone is wearing masks. Everyone's always pleasant. And some even though you by name. Plenty of room outside and inside. Inside tables are actually not being used. Only outside available seating in regard to coronavirus.
