I met an old pal there for a burger and a few cold beers. The burgers were fantastic, the beer was ice-cold, and the atmosphere was friendly and calm.

Great little out of the way place with a great burger and cold beer! It doesn't look like much from the outside, but don't be afraid to stop in. All the folks are friendly, staff and patrons alike! We always stop when we are in the neighborhood.
If pretentiousness is what you're looking for, keep driving.

Another fun time at TS with friends and a great band. Liz Talley and the Boys play every 2nd Wednesday of the month. They're great. They play a little OLD country, some country we grew up with, and some recent country. Besides their musical talent, they are funny as they banter between songs. This week, they had 2 friends sitting in. The group is always great, but the extras made it even more wonderful. During breaks, the band members talk with the audience, sons of whom have been fans and friends for years, if not decades. One group drove from Livingston! Because the band is just that good!!
No FOOD rating because I didn't eat.
Tammy (bartender) is so sweet!
Prices are good.
Remember: it is a beer bar, but you can bring your own liquor.

I absolutely love the atmosphere. It's like being away from the city but close to home. Burgers are good. Crawfish season is here. Beer is always cold. Very friendly staff.

Randall brought me here 20 years ago, altho I am not a regular this is and will always be my home bar, Buck and Linda are so welcoming and everybody they brought in to sling them ice cold beers have always been inviting and did it with a smile!

Small place. Food is excellent and service is awesome. Drinks are cheap and their specials on Thursdays steak and Fridays Ribs are awesome. Checked this place out if you want to enjoy a good meal and good music. The staff works hard and the atmosphere next to the train tracks is quite enjoyable. When in spring dont hesitate to stop by and have a beer.

Wednesday night is STEAK night!!! $16 for ribeye cooked to order, baked potato and salad. Drinks extra inside the bar. Band playing out on the patio. Wanna dance??
Friday nights are RIB NIGHT! Rib platter includes ribs, potato salad and beans for only $7. Awesome food!

Excelent place. I'm Wednesday they sell ribeye steak with live music. I come with my entire family even with kids. But I only comes Wednesday because of the steak. But on Friday they serve pork ribs. Every other day burguer

Stopped in based on seeing all of the cars in the parking lot. Oh my word are we glad we did!!! This place is authentic Texas!!! Steaks were cooking on the grill out back, the band was outstanding, the drinks were unbelievably reasonable. The bartender was absolutely spectacular managing everything including keeping everyone entertained. This is a must place to visit, you will be glad you did. I highly recommend this place!!!

Saw this place and went in for a cold one. Seems like a nice place, I was promptly waited on. The bar keep chatted for a second while getting my drink. The drink was good and refreshing. Seating was comfortable. Over all, I'd go again anytime. Everyone was using about their steak night Wednesday. Sounds fun. For me, had a touch of excitement, a group of bikers showed up (Amigos I think), they all seemed nice. Wasn't sure what to expect when they came in, but they were just regular guys. Ended being very nice. Great evening.
