Very tasty meat, not dry at all. I waited and got it straight out of the cooker. Not too salty, still well seasoned. Typical dinner roll, as expected. "Large"Jumbalaya looked small, but fed three adults. Helpful staff explained the items and helped me choose the right amount of food.
