My son had a great time here. Very friendly staff. Here are the steps I did during and before my visit at The Woodlands Tx location: 1. I went ahead and reserved a time online 2. Filled up the waver online 3. Showed up at the location on my reserved date and time 4. When you arrive they make you step on a scale to take your weight refardless of whether you look skinny or big(300 lb max to flight) 5. They give you a wrist band and send you to a waiting area 6. After around 30 minutes of waiting they take you into a room to watch a video that explains how it works and the hand signals you use when flying 7. They give your gear 8. Once you are geared up you go into you go into the tube with rest of the people flying and sit there and wait for your turn to fly

WOW - I cannot say enough nice things about our experience at this iFly location! Our group consisted of 8 family members ranging in age from 5 years to 50. Dylan was our instructor and he was INCREDIBLE! He was clearly experienced (put on a GREAT flying show after our group was done), but he was also sincere and SO GOOD with all of the children. From booking to flying, the whole process was just awesome. (And if you're looking for a bite after you fly here, I highly recommend Kokomos Mexican Cantina and Restaurant next door!).
