Wow! When I say we walked upon a gem💎 in The Woodlands😱 on my son's birthday today..... From the boudain balls to the chicken and shrimp salad to the red beans and rice with a sausage link, 😋 yummy and flavorful! I'm so sad I passed them so many times and never patronized them. We will definitely be back! Bobby was so nice to my son for his birthday 🎂 🥳 They took a picture and everything!

Food was AMAZING! Service was Amazing! I got the Cajun Aujus, Boudin Balls, and the red beans and rice to go. Food was made fresh about a 10-15 min wait. I plan on trying their chicken and sausage gumbo next time. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area!

Step into the Bayou, Louisiana flavor. Blues music and a taste of homemade Cajun food. This is not fast-food, made from family recipe. Everything from sub sandwiches to gumbo, etoufee boudin. This place is a hidden gem.

Stopped by Go Cajun Subs today for the first time. I don’t know what authentic Cajun food should taste like. I doubt that Famous Cajun Grill in the food court of The Woodlands Mall is authentic, so I have no base for comparison. However, the Cajun Beef Aujus was a darn good sandwich. The bread seemed incredibly fresh. It was soft and almost fluffy. It really showed no signs of age whatsoever. The spices had a real bite to them. It’s not like ghost pepper spicy or spicy in general, but I can see it giving someone indigestion if they don’t tolerate spicy foods well. The sandwich was larger than expected. It seemed fairly small at first. After I pulled it out of the wrapper, I could tell immediately that I am going to need both hands for it. The beef was hot and tender with the sauce dripping everywhere. The bread was almost melting absorbing all the sauce. The shrimp and crab etouffee was great too. Again, no real basis for comparison here either. It was like a curry over rice. I do wish it had more shrimp and crab. Otherwise, no real complaints.

Visited this place today for the first time and my only regret is that I waited this long to do it! When you first walk in you can smell this authentic Louisiana kitchen invite your nose over to the counter. Bobby, the owner, is a genuine Cajun chef and makes all his sauces and ingredients from scratch. Not only is he a super nice guy, he cooks amazing stuff!! Today I got the Cajun aujus sub with cheese and it was absolutely to die for. The flavor was amazing and the aujus was unlike anything I've ever had. I left stuffed and satisfied. I want to try everything on the menu. If you love Cajun food, then you'll love Go Cajun Subs!

This place is nothing short of amazing. The owner Bobby, is so nice. We felt welcomed from the moment we walked in. I decided to get the roast beef aujus, and I was in awe the whole time. Most everything there is handmade from scratch. They ship in french bread from Gambino's in New Orleans. I do not usually give five stars in my reviews, but this restaurant definitely deserves it. I'm very surprised by this place, and I highly recommend it.

This place is great. I ordered the Decadent Southern which is house-made meatballs, creole sauce (remoulade). The wife ordered the Crazy Cajun Sid jus. We also ordered the red beans and rice, chicken and sausage gumbo. Everything was fantastic. The guys were also extremely nice. We suggest you give this place a try.

One of those places you could go back to just for the customer service. But having delicious food does hurt either! I'm from Louisiana, this food tastes like my own Aunt and Uncle were in the kitchen. And the etouffee tastes like Grandma's own. The prices may tap your pockets a bit, but well worth it! *Edit: fourth time visiting and the food has not let me down!
