I ordered a double layered vanilla heart shaped cake with strawberry filling on like a 4 day notice over the phone with a 3pm pick up.
They asked me to email them pictures of what I wanted and had it ready for pick up early.
Let me to tell y’all…that was the best cake I’ve had; like ever. It was moist and fluffy and the icing reminded me of the my grandmothers. So delicious!
Oh I forgot to mention…the execution was ON POINT. Beautiful & DELICIOUS cake! I’ll be back sooner than later to try their lunch/brunch menu.

Our daughter’s Hamilton-themed cake for her Sweet 16 party was a hit with all our guests! Everyone raved about how delicious the chocolate and vanilla tasted and kept asking about where we got the cake. I love how the outside was not fondant but buttercream. We had plenty of cake and leftovers the next day were just as tasty! Thank you for making this event memorable! Highly recommend!

We just had Virginia’s wedding cake at my son’s wedding last night and all I want to say is WOW! Not only was it an exquisite vision, this cake was THE BEST wedding cake I have ever tasted! We hired Virginia’s Cakes to do the cake for my baby shower and oh my goodness it was ABSOLUTE PERFECTION! I have attached the inspiration picture and the picture of the cake we got and they absolutely nailed it!
We got a white cake base with raspberry filling and pink icing. It tasted as delicious as it looks! If you are looking for a beautiful cake for any celebration, definitely work with Virginia’s!

After trying MANY different cakes at different open houses when visiting wedding venues, nothing compared to this bakery’s special white flavored cake. And let me tell you, my husband and were very passionate about finding the best wedding cake out there, so we searched high and low. This one was truly the best, so we picked Virginia’s to make our wedding cake last year. It turned out truly amazing, tasted absolutely delicious, and we got a lot of compliments on the moist cake and flavor. We just ordered an anniversary cake one year later because we love the taste of their cakes so much, and I think we will keep making this a yearly tradition 🙂 So glad we found such a great bakery that we can continue to order from for many occasions for years to come!

Virginia was the absolute best to work with and brought our vision to life for our wedding cake and our A&M themed groom cake. It was a special treat to order our wedding cakes through her because our parents also ordered from her back in the day. Her cakes are timeless, never disappoint, and always leave people wanting more! They are SO delicious!! She spends time meeting with you, understanding your vision, looking at inspiration photos and personally sketches your cakes. We had a wonderful experience!

I had used Virginia for my wedding cake and she did an amazing job. I loved the fact that we got to cut down our entire cake and she will provide us a tier for our 1 year anniversary. That was so great knowing that I didn't have to freeze the top tier cake. Also she provide us with a honeymoon cake as well that we cut down on our wedding day to share with our guest. Definitely would recommend her to anyone looking for delicious, moist and great price cakes.

Virginia has her beautiful little tree so stunning main focal point. And the cigar boxes you'll only see if you venture into the men's room. The lady's room was busy and I had to go so that's where I went and look at these cigar boxes aren't they neat they were carried over from the previous owner.

I’ve bought 3 cakes in the last year from Virginia’s Cakes. Our first cake was our 2 year olds b-day cake and they made pearilized shells and colorful underwater plants which were absolutely adorable. I’m pretty sure we dealt with Virginia herself and she was very kind and helpful. They are delicious cakes. I’m always generally happy with the designs and their ability to make exactly what you show them. I wish I could give a five star review but The cakes are unfortunately VERY overpriced. I keep going back because they take an order in less than a week and they are very moist and they do taste wonderful. My experience this last time was less than great due to poor customer service with a new lady on the phone. She had poor communication and I felt like I was inconveniencing her. With how much these cakes cost and how many I’ve already bought you would think they would put in a little more effort on good customer service. Additionally this last one I had to buy and add my own sprinkles, loloi pops, edible glitter and cake topper and our 8” cake was still $70! for the simplest design possible literally just globs of icing on the top and dripping off the edge. They told me it started out at $50 for simple designs like lattice work, scrolls etc. and was charged $20 more and can’t figure out why. If there was a reason It was not communicated to me. It’s a good place to go when you are in a pinch for time and can make and add your own toppers to try and keep the price down.
