Mcdonald's

I can’t with these people, I ordered a 40 pc chicken nugget through the mobile app and they allow up to 6 sauces with the order. They brought my order and it had the sticker “double checked for accuracy” I peeked in there and it looks good to go. I get home and to my avail there was no sauce 🤦🏽‍♀️ Every time I give them the benefit of the doubt they always short me on dipping sauce. Giving them 1 start because this is not the first time it happens and it’s a far drive from my house for me to go back and get something that’s should have been done right the first time 😒

Multiple orders and always shorted food. I place my order thru the mobile app and it's still done incorrectly. This is now 4 visits in a row and it still goes wrong. The male cashier (that wasn't even my cashier) was rude to me, being nosy as to what me and my cashier were trying to solve. The McDonald's app had issues and he made it seem like I was the problem. I used to like coming here over the years, but lately it's really disappointing.

Food hot and fresh. Since this is the only Micky D's in the area, the lines are always long in the drive thru. The only reason why it has 5 stars is because the food is always hot and fresh, to me. The drive thru line is horrendous though. I am assuming because the food is going to he cooked fresh. There has been one person taking orders outside though and I am assuming the drive thru speaker is broken that is attached to the menu as normal.

I came in and ordered the big mack meal. Sat down and when my order wad called I went to pick it up and I asked the manager for ketchup and when she finally gave me some I said thank you and she never responded back or even looked me in the eyes. And I noticed the tables dirty thru out the store. I used to work at this store 40yrs ago. I transferred from the pacific Beach store. This place has really gone down
