The employees are polite and the store is clean...on the inside, but unfortunately outside of the store there are always hobos yelling at the top of their lungs and blocking the sidewalk. I still go to this store but not if my kids are with me. Would happily rate higher if not for the loitering.

Just left this gas station which was the absolute worst experience of my life. after paying for gas the attendant says you need to pump the gas in 2 min or the pump will stop working. The pump never gave us gas the gas attendant says he couldn't do anything.. We had to find another station. Unbelievable!!!!

Customers beware when you shop at this store there has been two locations when I take lottery tickets to Cassian. The cashier check them and tries to give me the wrong amount like what time I know I had a $200 winner and the lady said oh you want $150 and I’m like really can I see that ticket please. Then she quickly said all you want to hundred dollars. And in another time the guy tried to say it I didn’t have a winner and didn’t give me my ticket back and then I asked him for my tickets again they change your mind and said they were winners please be very careful when you’re going to the store I’m getting ready to report them to the lottery officials.

Would give it 5 stars, the customer service was great. Went in to use in the ATM, figure i get some snack as well. Unfortunately the chip stock was really low. Not sure if it was due to not having any stock.

The cashier and guy loading up the tacos refused to brew me a new coffee. They said they only do that for the mornings. I've never had an issue. Sometimes I ask for a new brew of some flavor that is out and they will do it no problem. I guess that's not allowed at this location with those employees!!

I frequently visit this location but unfortunately it's been getting worse over time. I visited earlier today and the employees were not very welcoming or nice. The guy who also helped me out at the register was NOT WEARING A MASK! I don't know how they get away with it, but if you're not interested in COVID, then I suggest to pass on this store and go to the next nearest one. Not safe at all.

This is the worst 7-11 store. Cashier don’t know what to do, don’t know how to check the prices, and bad attitude to all people with no reason😤 The cashier just a bit ago gave the worst attitude I ever seen to old lady who trying to get some gas, then to a very nice man who trying to calm him down, then to myself for asking how much the protein is because it doesn’t have a price tag 😤 Owner, you’ll have to do something or you better close that store. Your cashier was Soooo BaaaaD.

Was there at 4:10 a.m. 11-02-18. 5-6 men and women outside begging for money. Check your camera's. Taxi parked in front of store taking up 4-5 parking stalls. Night manager did not seem even awake or was under the influence of something legal or ????? What a disgrace, check your camera's, numerous people drove away.
