The pizza was nice and hot. I go for the Deep Dish always since it came out. The thin crust is tasty also. Service was good as well. Side-note, I always will call ahead and never just pop up. They say hot-n-ready but it never is hot-n-ready so save yourself the trouble and call ahead. It’s only 15 minutes.

I go to many Little Caesar locations, almost all of them have pizzas ready to go. This one seems to not understand what “Hot n Ready” means. Took over 45 mins to get a pizza ready and refused to give me back the money when I wanted to leave

Ordered 2 Hot and Ready Pepperoni…they don’t have those. Because they why? They seem to never be prepared. That’s why.
There counter employees forgot how to communicate.
And with roughly half a dozen or more employees working at the time it took 45 minutes to get my food. I would find another Little Cesar’s Pizza Place. This one ain’t it.

Customer service, especially over the phone is not very good. No patience, not polite to customers no matter how often they come to the location. Does NOT make me want to continue bringing you my business or anyone else's for that matter. Learn some respect for your customers, especially the loyal ones. You lost one.
