Another Cali burger joint that has alot of hype. Not that much better than In N Out...
I'll give them that the burger patties are tastier.
But the onion rings had no flavor even with ketchup it wasn't good...
The seasoned curly fries were not that seasoned. I've had better from the freezer section of the supermarket...
If this was the only place open late at night, I would just order the burgers and skip the sides...

Very disappointed about my visit today. Went at 9 pm. No shakes of course. Plus order a jumbo jack and I get a burned bun. I get that your busy but I'm pretty sure you saw this burned bun while making the sandwich and the whole sandwich was awful. Never again.

Our burgers were cold and customization requested on one burger was done incorrectly. Oddly, I thought the regular fries were warm but curly fries not so much.

We went to the drive in and tried to order 5 different times. They couldn't understand us because the speaker was broken. Then the staff was rude to saying they can't understand us and we were supposed to order at the window. They never took out order and so we just left. That was the worst customer service experience I have ever had

I do not know what happened to my previous review. I usually go 4 × out of the week this place is bad real bad. Dirty slow always wrong oders or missing items. Ordered two breakfast items both were incomplete nd a total insult. The owner needs to pay them a surprise undercover visit so he can see for himself how unprofessional all employees are. No ebt at drive through. Wth??? Bad all the way around.

Stop for dinner after work. Ordered 2 late night packs. Food was good, order was screwed. 2 meals were combined and neither person got exactly what was ordered, but the items were exactly right. Too bad I had dropped off my rider before I discovered the error. If they're too busy, check your order before you leave. Otherwise, not a bad experience! I'll still go back, with more care.
