Haven’t had Tacos this good since I left SoCal many years ago. Lengua and Tripas were phenomenal. My wife started doing a happy dance in our kitchen when she tried her first Carne Asada taco. Elotes we’re also amazing.
Taco-Fill-Me Up!!! 🤤 Must try if you're in the Spring Lake area! Had 1 Carne Asada and 2 chorizo tacos. Not a steak person but it was still good!
Love this gem of a restaurant! Located in a somewhat unusual spot it offers some of the best authentic Mexican food in the area. Anytime you are in Spring Lake it is a wonderfully delicious place to stop.
Best tacos hands down. Very nice, fast service. No pictures because we ate it too fast, I'll try again next time.
No your normal Mezican restaurant, more of a Mexican Resturant in Mexico. The menu was on in Spanish and with no pics. The place has a great rating and this was hard for me to pass up. The food was excellent, I mean it was absolutely 💯 👌 excellent.
It's a restaurant inside of a moms and pops mexican store, literally a hidden gem. Originally from SD and extremely picky about mexican food but eating their food brought me back to eating mexican food in San Fernando Valley and San Diego. It was spot on, so delicious and I will absolutely come back for more. On top of the food being delicious, their customer service was great and friendly. The store is great as well all the candy and food I found was nostalgic and took me back to my childhood.
It's hard to find a taco place that has some of the more exotic cuts, such as tripas and lengua, but this place has both and they are both incredible. The mercado offers a huge selection of candy, sauces, drinks, and other hard to find items.
Not the best Mexican I've had but for the price, quality, and being one of the only "authentic" joints around is an easy 5 star.
