King's Wok

I have been quite a regular customer with this place . Unfortunately like most businesses, pandemic and inflation had affected cost of living . , However, when unfortunate circumstances are taken advantage of, it’s bad. I find that the quality and portions of servings are downsized ,and prices have rocketed a lot more! They say you get what you pay for,true , but this KIng’s wok owners should be ashamed of themselves by upping their price so much and quantity /quality of food is so much lesser! Now they even charge you for extra chili oils and sauces!!!! Wow Remember, we are in Spring HIll and not NEW YORK CITY! Inflation DOES affects everyone !!! Not just you business folks. Bear that in mind. Imo, I don’t think I will order from this place as often unless desperation! I’d rather pick my own food from the Buffet City !!!! More varieties and better price! BTW, the people there are kinda rude and snobs as well. Do we need that? We are paying customers ! Non utensils and no napkins!! Really?

Was told one price over the phone - when I picked it up it was higher - Sweet and sour chicken was in a tiny pint container and the "extra" I paid for the chicken fried rice - was a substitute for the white rice, they charged me $1.50 and was in an even smaller container. Will not be getting food from there again. Chicken fried rice has no flavor and not worth extra price
