Outback Steakhouse

We dine out at least 3 times a week. Was our 1st time at this location and food was wonderful, drinks was nice and cold, we seat at the bar and everything was clean and sanitizer. My disappointment was with the service, we felt like we didn't matter, the bartender asks everyone for their names to be write on their cards, we were never asked, I have to ask for a pen to write our names on it, and I ask for her name(I'm not going to mention her name) my husband ask if they have any specials tonight and the bartender didn't give us the menu with the specials. Another couple seat next to us and the whole special was explained to them. Maybe because our accent she didn't care about us. But if I walk in to any restaurant, means I can afford, we even tip her what we should the 20%. I wish my service was better and I could feel welcome at this location.

First time back in about a year. The food was fresh and delicious. The pineapple and pork medallions is our new favorite dish here. The pork medallions were more tender than their steaks. They were fork tender. Literally. The fresh grilled pineapple and pineapple glaze makes everything delicious! Also, try the strawberry kiwi lemonade!

The food was great, perfect, but, the server wasn't, when my wife and I set at the bar and I asked if they have any deals, she didn't show me the flyer, a couple set right beside me and she gave them the flyer and explain everything to them, I felt like she had second thoughts about me, because I don't want to say that she was prudish, maybe because we are young couple? My bill was over a 100 bucks and I was expecting that, and I even tipped her 20%, we just felt that she didn't care about us.

Ordered dinner online at 6:12pm was told would be ready for pick up between 6:33pm and 6:38pm. We arrived at 6:38pm and waited for a curb side parking space. Called to let them know we parked. At 6:57 we received a text saying order almost ready, wait in car and we will bring it to you. Several door dash and Uber eats were in and out during our wait. Long and short, we finally received our food at 7:35 it was barely warm. Not wasting time again. Very disappointing.

Placed an order for pick up. One of the steaks was supposed to be medium rare, but was well done instead. The same steak had no seasoning on it. Requested bread with the order, but didn't get bread. I would like to say it was because they were really busy, but I literally was the only one in the "curbside pick-up" parking.

Another steakhouse on what I like to call steak row on the highway here. Pretty much the same fare offered at all the others as well. Still made for a pretty good meal with nearly no issues. Wait was about 15 to 20 minutes at dinner rush hour, so not too long. Staff was very attentive including the manager who was making rounds and introducing herself. Food came out hot, and the steaks were cooked correctly. A little heavily seasoned for my taste but still good. As I said, nearly no issues. We had some coconut shrimp that wasn't too crispy and we ended up not eating them. Other than that, pretty unremarkable. The waiter, Nick, was very attentive and helpful, so kudos for that. Just another good option if you're looking for a steak. Again, 2 adults and 2 children and we had a bill just over $100 with 2 adult beverages included, but no desserts.
