Hidden Gem and authentic NY experience. Looking for some delicious authentic pizza and exceptional service? Try them out! Friendly, family oriented atmosphere with plenty of comfortable seating. They even brought me bandaid at request! Menu has great options and will be back to try them out. Highly recommend trying this place.

I'm sad to write this review, because I really loved Rocco's. I remember when they took over from Mario, and I didn't think they could be as good, but they were - they were "very" good. And they were nice people in the beginning. That's all changed now. I did my best to stay loyal, but after picking up an order yesterday, I realized that I'm just worn out by how bad the service has gotten. I'm finally giving up. They're rude, and in general, it's become an unfriendly place. Maybe they don't care about that, but it still matters to me. I can forgive mistakes, or waiting 40 minutes - I understand how things happen when you're busy. But I can't forgive feeling feel like I'm imposing, and that's the vibe now. It's really a shame.

Hostile staff. Only the waitress was pleasant, the rest of the crew seemed very unhappy and angry. The first time, I chalked it up to a bad day, but when I returned today, they were just as nasty. I would say maybe it's me, but I never said a word. In addition, I was only in the place a few minutes and two other folks who were waiting made similar comments; one of whom was scolded for standing in the wrong spot. It's just unnecessary. The food was mediocre; not nearly as good as it use to be and certainly not worth the attitude. It use to be a nice little place. I had them cater for me in the past, but I think that's over now. It feels like the beginning of a slide. I'll never go back.
