Burger King

Every time I go to this location they always get my order wrong. I only go because they are close. I literally have to get the receipt and check Every time. They usually forget all the fries and sauces or if you say "no cheese" they will still give you cheese. They take your coupons, but forget to ring it up, so you get over charged if you don't check. I don't know how it's possible to mess up so much and keep your job? There are plenty of workers but nobody seems to know what they're doing when it comes to the register and packing an order. Avoid if you can.

Ate here all the time when I worked in the area for about a year. 4 Double cheeseburger, ketchup, no pickles or mustard. Not one time was the order screwed up. For people who give it a one, what are you expecting? It's a fast food burger joint chain. You don't like it, quit going back it's simple. You should already know what to expect walking in the door or pulling in the drive thru. A pleasant attitude and please and thank you go A LONG way in today's day and age.

The most Rude and mean employees I’ve come across in a very long time... no one ever picked their head up to look at me, let alone say Hi to anyone!! Every employee had head phones in or was on their phone. The place was dirty and needs a complete overhaul. Gross Fries were crusty and old. Absolute worst atmosphere. You all need to do better than this. If I could give zero stars I would... I work in the customer service industry and I understand people have bad days etc but this was beyond anything I’ve been around...

Management needs to step up and get more help there. One guy was there a few nights ago. ONE guy. At dinnertime. Sat in drive thru for 28 minutes. That poor kid was hustling and I felt so bad when I finally got up to the window only to find out he was on his own. That kid needs a BIG raise because he didn't break a sweat and was kind and apologetic. Five stars for the kid. 1 star for the lack of management there. Been like this for years.

I don't expect much from burger king. But when their prices borderline sit down restaurant price anymore its pretty bad. Ordered 2 new jalepeno chicken sandwiches. Neither had bacon on them. Ordered pretzel chicken fries. Got regular. Then asked if they were pretzel and were told the were. When they were definitely not. I used the bathroom when leaving and the was someone in there shaving their face in the mirror at the sink. WOW.

Service was crappy. They speak to you as if they are rushing you. Even if your the only one in line altogether. The food is always burnt and or old, dry and seems like it sat under the heaters for a very long time. People bringing kids to work and having them in the back by the food. Its just a lazy mad house in there. Completely disgraceful.

Been there twice in the last month both times had to wait "5 minutes" which was really 10+ minutes for them to fry chicken patties for my sandwiches. The last time they forgot a junior Whopper with cheese. Called for refund was told I can take your name and you can get a sandwich next time. Horrible service one way drive trough so if they ask you to wait you have to pull around onto the Main Street Crossing traffic twice to get back in. This Burger King is failing at life go somewhere else!
