They were super busy, short staffed and the service was still good. The order taker was great. The gentleman with the face tattoos was super friendly and he result made the visit that little extra. Thanks!

Service was ok but the food was cold. My cheeseburgers cheese wasn't even melted and it's not the 1st time either. Seems to be that whenever I go to this location the food is juggling between hot and cold

horrible quality, horrible service. just plain horrible in general. i went there late with my husband, we were both craving something salty and decided on fries. when we first got there the line barely moved which was fine, we understood they were busy and short staffed. as we sat waiting we noticed through the very large window the staff wasn't doing anything. a girl sat on her phone , while the other one up front with her, a male, stood next to her. again, the line barely moved. when we finally got up to the speaker we were on hold, annoyed but nonetheless stayed. the lady finally took our order and was impatient and rude, constantly hurrying us. finally we got our food and we barely had any fries so we said something and she said there was nothing she could do with the same impatient attitude she used before. this mcdonald's location seriously needs some new leadership.

Everything was as expected...it's just McDonald's has gotten so dang spendy...was a lot better when they had an extensive value menu.. but it's convenient..oh and the new crispy chicken sandwiches are pretty good 😊

Stopped for lunch. The burgers were a little greasy..and fries were to salty. They had no trays. Never seen a McDonald's that didn't have trays.

Very long line in drive thru but it was a breeze to get through. Food was fresh and delicious!

This is the best McDonald's experience I've had in 30 years. The fries were fresh, crispy, and firm; the employees were courteous and "on the ball;" And the sandwich looked like it does in a magazine or TV and tasted even better [juicy(not greasy), not salty, and extremely flavorful]. FYI this was 10:30p.m. on a Tuesday. Great work Spooner!😀👍👍
