Went in around 3 on Tuesday, July 5th the two guys working were wonderful. Showed us the new menu, made recommendations based on what we were looking for and helped find us the best deals.
I didn't catch either of their names, but they were great and should be acknowledged!

Nice friendly people! Even though they don’t take coupons that’s alright the food is worth the full price! Those young men that were working did such a great job. Will definitely come again soon

One,the young man that helped us was Extremely Rude Would not Except our coupon for 2 for 12.99
I am going to raise some hell and get my money back. Don't get me started on no choice on the bread. Never been so disappointed in subway

Food is good and so is the service. Bread was a little dry a few times. Disappointed that you no longer accept national coupons. Isn’t it better to accept the coupons and have my business then not at all? For I go to other Subways that still accept the coupons. You might want to rethink that one.

All Subway locations in Spokane are no longer accepting National Coupons i.e. the ones you get in the mail. So it's the App or nothing if you want a discount. Some of us are tired of being told "Get the App" everywhere we go. A phone can only hold so much.
All I wanted was a buy 1 get 1 foot long. Instead we payed $24 and change for 2 sandwiches.
Subway you are no longer a meal option for the price I payed I could have gotten more somewhere else, you've become to expensive and it seems that you can't keep stocked with All items.

Food here is amazing staff is great. I feel bad that the employees have to deal with upset coupon hunters. If you need a coupon to go out to eat maybe you should stay home and not go out for food.

Went in with coupons. They do not take national coupons. Left went to market steet location. They dont take coupons either. Not going back unless prices are lowered or take coupons. 15 dollars for a footlong is too much. Can eat at other restraunts for less. Maybe why at 530 pm there is no one there ordering. All other fast food in area were busy.

Just called really quick to see if they take the coupons I just got in the mail, so i dont waist time driving down there... I got a very rude and short answer "we're not takin them"×2 then just hangs up. Wasn't too mad but realized they're only .5 miles away and the next closest is about 2 miles away. Very Inconvenient and looks like there's no subway for the family
