Orange Julius

Excellent staff, very good customer service - made a very clear effort to get my Blizzard (New York Cheesecake w/ strawberries) made *just right*, even voluntarily remaking it when the first was too messy. Unfortunately, halfway through, I bit into lump of cheesecake, and tasted nothing but MOLD, and had to throw the rest away. Again, the ladies working behind the counter were lovely and deserve top stars... but maybe clean/sanitize the garnish stations a bit better next time?

Employees need more training and prices are over inflated. Purchased a "small" sundae and ended up getting a sundae with a non-existent size. You might as well call it a "half-small" as it was half the size of a small. Displayed on the wall next to the front are figures showing the various sizes. How an employee could miss that (if they have no clue what the sizes are supposed to look like) is beyond belief. What made it worse is being charged (roughly $5) for a size that you didn't even get as the prices here are already over inflated compared to a standalone DQ not part of the mall. It still tasted like DQ sundaes which is the only redeeming thing.

The employee called my coworker a dumbass in spanish thinking she could't understand her. This place sucks I would never go back. They are overpriced, just go down the street to 917 e wellesley that dairy queen is like 1/3 the price. Not to mention the fact that they are owned by the same people that are forcing Pretzel Maker out of the mall. I will NEVER eat Wetzel's Pretzels or Dairy Queen/Orange Julius again. When I personally ate the soft serve it tasted like it was contaminated. Do not give these people your business!!!!

Horrible service. On multiple occasions in a three month period. I would attempt to order the premium fruit smoothie. Every single time they would ring me up for a Julius and that's what I would get. I would flat out tell them I didn't want the Julius at checkout pointing at what I wanted and they ignored what I said and did whatever they wanted to do. How the hell are these people still employed and why hasn't Orange Julius/Dairy Queen taken pride in training of their employees?

I got a medium DQ cone today. As soon as I tasted it I knew something tasted funny. I talked with the girl and told her to taste it. She didn't! She said she turms the machine on and off to stop it from getting to much air. There was nothing she could do! I said, it was sore. She said, there was nothimg she could do Well I was a night manager for DQ for 5 yrs, the ice cream was sore!
