Mcdonald's

Absolutely disgusting...I hardly ever eat McDonald's but it sounded good tonight so I ordered a quarter pounder meal for delivery... food came nice and warm but when I took I bite of the burger i discovered it was uncooked. I got a refund thru dd but I still wanted to call and let the manager know and she told me "In sorry it's just been real hectic" Ok so you send out uncooked food because it's busy? Gross I'm very unsatisfied!

It's McDonalds I hear some groan, rating fast food restaurants is like judging a ugly baby contest. No one wins in the end, however there are some pleasant surprises. In Spokane this is best of the best McDonald's. The restaurant's clean modern design and it friendly and efficient staff made for a pleasant fast food experience. it would be five stars but I don't give out five stars to fast food places.

Took my daughter there tonight and, after waiting for my food a while (which I was ok with), opened my filet-o-fish to find the sandwich was upside down, had no tartar sauce, and the worst part, was covered in remnants of other meals that had clearly been made on the same surface. I then called the manager to voice a complaint, something I usually do not do because I've been there and understand how busy things can get, and the "manager" continually interrupted me as I was trying to speak, refused to give her name, then hung up on me. The franchise owner needs to be notified that this is how they are operating. I will not return and will continue to voice my experience to others until this is rectified.
