Taco Bell

I used to come to this taco bell all the time when growing up and now years later whenever I visit home and happen to stop by here, one thing that hasn’t changed is the amazing and kind staff who is super efficient and takes care of you. I don’t make many reviews about fast food but thought the staff at this location deserves some recognition for their work!

They gave me the wrong order, so I simply went back in there so they could correct it. But instead they refused to change my order or give me a refund. I was very polite to them. It's one thing to make mistakes and then correct them. It's another thing to make mistakes and tell the customer too bad. Never seen a fast food place do that before. Will never be back here. Terrible service, even for the low standards they are held to.

Every time I go here my order is WRONG!!! Today was the last straw so I am writing this review. These people need to be retrained. My order was repeated back to me 3 times wrong, and after correcting the taker all 3 times, my order was still completely wrong! When I got to the window, I was asked if I was there for Jackson! Now I know they probably meant to ask if I was a pickup order, but really! Is that how you train your staff to greet customers at the window!? I knew my order was going to be messed up as soon as I got to the window. I’m pretty sure even though I said I was not here for “Jackson” I may have gotten their order anyway. Sorry Jackson.

Taco Bell yum yum yum I love a taco I love a burrito they got the best freaking deal going right now it's called Taco burrito cravings pack 1099 or something like that great deal comes like 11 something after tax great deal big big box of food three or four five layer burritos three or four crunchy tacos you can have the crunchy switch to half soft half crunchy love it absolutely love it pretty fast pretty fast too especially if you get there earlier like around you know 11:30 before the crowd hits great place got to try them if you love a taco or burrito yum yum yum yum

Ordered a burrito Supreme and asked to make sure it came with sour cream, got burrito went to the side to put hot sauce on it and no sour cream so I showed them and asked if they could put some on, I was told they had to make another one. I got it and opened it up, it had not much filling and again no sour cream. I give up.

Closing at 1 because of shortstaffing is ridiculous when my work runs drive thru during a mad lunch rush with 2 people , and our food is cooked to order, not sitting in a warmer like every fast food restaurant. Maybe your employees should have better work ethic cause your just losing money by closing before the bars are closed on a Friday night!
