The building is really cute and the gal behind the counter was super friendly. The cake pops seemed a little doughy to me but my husband loved them. We also each got a cupcake which were very tasty.

The wide selection of cupcakes was what I first noticed and then I found out how friendly the staff was. I could sit in their place and enjoy a cupcake with a glass of milk and feel like I was in my Mom's kitchen at home. Tried the Red Velvet cupcake and thought the flavor was out of this world and the icing was just right - not too thick and not too thin and most especially not too sweet. Only slight disappointment was the price on their cake pops; thought they were over priced a bit. All things considered I will recommend this place to my friends without reservation.

I've driven by this place many times, but never tried it. We were driving past on the way home after a late lunch and I decided to stop in on a whim. It was happy hour, and the cupcakes were half price, which was nice being a first time customer. I ordered a couple different basic flavors. I thought the cake portion was very tasty, though they could have been a moister. The buttercream frosting was disappointing though. I was hoping it would be like a good homemade buttercream, but it was grainy and overly sweet, pretty much like the kind that you'd get on any grocery store bakery cake. The person that helped me was very sweet though. I wouldn't say the cupcakes were bad, but nothing special.

I agree with the previous reviewer. The staff is the friendliest in town! Great customer service. They were handing out samples of their white chocolate dipped Snickerdoodle cookies. Awesome flavor & texture.
The cupcakes are delicious. Lots of flavors, plus seasonal cupcakes too! We tried the pumpkin & it was great. We will definitely go back for more.

Amazing friendly helpful staff! The sugar cookies were to "die for" & I loved every bite. The twin 5 year olds loved them too and it's my new favorite here⭐️! So Unbelievably perfect soft flavor and not too sweet. The cake pops are the most delicious bakery item w/ a bite size on a stick- Red Velvet, Strawberry Pink Champagne & the "gluten free" Carrot cake was moist and delicious, OMG! The cupcakes had exquisite flavors of sea-salt Carmel, Butter fingers, and birthday sprinkles chocolate and vanilla for the kids. Very fresh bakery selection and no preservative or chemical aftertaste as in most bakery goods from the grocery store. Thank you so much for such quality bakery items in Spokane❤️!

Overall first impression, dirty. Display case top has too much stuff on it and hasn't been cleaned in a while. Floors were dirty and it looks like they are trying to conserve energy. Very dark. My cupcake was rubbery, and for a Key Lime, had no lime flavor what so ever. My fiance had the Chocolate lovers, it was dry. Mint Chocolate cake pop was awesome. The Vanilla Carmel cake pop, however, had no flavor.

The cake they made for my daughters birthday was very good and looked great, but the price was almost as much as my wedding cake. Yikes! I would also suggest to try to clean up the front area of the store a bit better- I have been here before and gotten cupcakes so I know they are good, but if your a 1st timer the dirty-ness would be a turn off.

After tasting a cupcake which tasted good, we ordered a small 2 tier cake for our anniversary. We specifically asked if we could have the cake taste like the cupcake we liked and were told we could. After ordering 6 mos prior to the actual date, we hoped they would get it right. The cake was very dry, not much filling and didn't taste at all like the cupcake. We overlooked the fact it didn't say "Happy Anniversary" as we expected, but after tasting it, we were totally disappointed. This was our first time trying this bakery. Unfortunately, we don't get a do over for our special day. If we could do it again, we'd go somewhere else.
