Just stopped by and purchased 2 combos and 2 breakfast sandwiches and a shake. They seriously gave me a dried out nasty piece of chicken for my spicy chicken combo. Not acceptable. Whoever made my sandwich knew that crusty dried excuse for chicken wasn't fresh and still served it. Whoever made it is poorly representing your restaurant and selling low quality product. I threw the rest of it away and lost my appetite for the rest of my food because it upset my stomach. Thank you so much for that. A 40 dollar meal and 20 dollars of it was wasted because old chicken makes me feel nauseous.

Super slow service took almost a half hour to get my food inside. The curly fries had some old ones mixed in there and were hard as a rock. Gotta make sure to clear out the old stuff.

No stars..Absolutely disgusting service and food, no salt on the fries some were over and undercooked! they decided to completely cover my chicken nuggets in cinnamon intentionally and there manager Michael laughed and hung up on me!! No apologies given and the employee and management are so rude! Won’t be visiting this location or Jack in the box for that Matter!! Learn customer service when you make a mistake. I’ll take my business else where!!

It’s 11:08 on Tuesday may 10 2022 and they are closed. As a delivery driver this is frustrating because I’ve now wasted my fuel to pick up two separate orders that I cannot get paid for as I cannot complete them. Messed up

Wait at the window for a long time. Chicken is old, dry and hard as stone. Fries are barely warm…so what exactly took so long, if the food wasn’t even freshly made? This wasn’t even rush hour time, it was 9pm on a Sunday night.

They forgot 1 large fry and 3 sodas. And the food we did get was awful. Mushy, soggy and destroyed. My chicken sandwich had a sticker on it but since it was thrown into the bag the sticker was stuck to my bun. The tacos were thrown in the bag and smashed. They became one with the bag and got thrown away when we couldn't get them out. 2 stars only because the guy was nice!!!

States that they are open till Midnight, but all three times I went here between 11pm-Midnight as I work nightshift, they refuse to answer and are closed already. They need to update their hours or train their people to actually work when scheduled.
