Papa John's Pizza

Having a previous problem with a order, I was very satisfied after talking to them. Night of March 1st I placed replacement order for the mishap and was very impressed by not only the people, especially my delivery driver. But, also by the quality of my pizza. Look forward to future business from them and HIGHLY recommend them!

Definitely not gourmet pizza but i seem to find it more enjoyable than more expensive places. The location is also great. Nice spot within walking distance of a grocery store AND one of the best liqour stores in town. Great stop on a Friday night. Look for coupons before you order. Get carry to save money. Spend money on alcohol at Total Wine. It's the American way.

My order was slightly messed up, but Hannah was very sweet and totally made up for it. She had us another pizza on the way shortly and a complimentary soda. She went above and beyond, and I believe she should be recognized for her exceptional customer service. On a side note, it was 10pm but the pizza was super fresh and hot.

I will never order here again. Lackluster service. Ordered “the works” without olives online. Pizza arrived with olives. “Yes hello I just received my pizza, I ordered it without olives....it has olives....I really hate olives, can I get this switched out?” “Let me check the order.....your pizza shouldn’t have olives on it, you order says no olives................” “.....yes that’s the problem, this pizza has olives” “.......ohhhhh” They told me they can send a replacement, but that I would need to exchange the pizza they sent. This is no problem, as I had no interest in eating a pizza with olives. Finally an hour and three minutes later my pizza arrives. I hand him the original pizza, and he said he can’t do anything with it. I hand it to him telling him his shop said to give it back, which surprised him quite a bit. The new pizza was verging on cold....not really satisfying or making up for their mistake.

It was ok pizza when it was $20. Went back 2 days later and not only did the pizza almost double in price 20-31$ but so did the wait time. I'll never go to another papa johns again. If they wouldn't of swiped my card without telling me the wait time I would have walked out. Won't ever make the mistake of going here again.

1st, Google maps took me to 3 other pizza places in error. Very hard to see from the street, its inside Safeway parking lot. Looks like an espresso stand almost. The pizzas, (one regular, one chix w white sauce) were both undercooked.The crust was dry & not browned or crispy. The 'thick dough' looked like any other's regular crust. Don't recall if it was extra, think it was. Didn't even taste very good. Everyone was disappointed. Edit: Manager left msg on my phone the next day about my 1☆ rating & wanted to make it right

Delivery Driver added her own tip. I have gotten delivery from here many times, but have NEVER had such an awful experience as this last one. I filled out my tip and total lines on the merchant receipt for them, and notice I was charged for $8 extra than it should have been. I called the store and told them what I put down, and how I filled out the total to make it not get mistaken. I was told it looked like an $8 tip, even though it should have been zero written on the receipt. I came in and looked at the receipt, THE DELIVERY DRIVER ADDDED THE 8 AND ANOTHER 0! The total I wrote wasn't changed tho, and they still charged the extra! I even showed them where it didn't match with my writing. The GM competely wrote me off, I had to try to contact her multiple days, and told me "we talked to her, and she said she didn't do it, so that's it and there's nothing we can do" How is this good customer service?? They refuse to respond to me, refuse to answer my complaint requests that corporate is sending them, and I hope others will check their receipts and make it as clear as possible.

3.33 for delivery fee?! It keeps going up... quality is low usually. I almost feel like on certain days they use old ingredients or give you old pizzas. Only about 1 out of 4 tries is it any good. Otherwise it looks and smells kinda gross. Better than the other places here but that's not saying much.
