Carl's Jr.

Food was good, they forgot to ask if I needed sauce (with chicken strips) and I forgot to ask cause I was busy tending some goslings. I asked for a side of lettuce (for the goslings) and they forgot that too so I had to go through the drive thru again, however, they apologized an promptly ran me out some very fresh and gosling approved lettuce! Overall I've had worse experience's. Will definitely eat there again someday lol

I love Carl's, but this one has real problems at times. They make a great burger, but sometimes they cannot get a special order right to save their souls. Just hold the cheese and pickles. Got it wrong twice in a row. Suppose I am grumpy because I had so looked forward to this burger after a long flight. Just had to say something this time because their correct special hit rate is less than 50%. Good food and quick service. Will be back next time I fly into Spokane.

There was one car in the drive through and me and i waited almost a half hour for horrible horrible food. The fryers need the oil changed like 6 months ago. I got 2 big carl meals.(unfortunately) as they were absolutely un edible. I should have taken the $13.00 and flushed it down the toilet where the food if you can call it take should be. If i could give negative stars i would. Not only was the food the worst ever but the service is barely service. No smiles. No thank you. Their was an employee from another store picking up a bunch of stuff. All orders were instantly put on hold till they filled his order. Honestly i don't know why i continue to eat at the restaurants in down town Spokane.n if you can avoid it do.

We were simply trying to give the cashier money. She acted flustered cause it took a minute to get the total together and then when my husband rolled his eyes at her exasperation, she then stated that she didn't like my husbands attitude and would not take out money. We asked for her manger which she said was on a break and we then asked her name and she refused as she is a minor. Over all this place was terrible. We weren't even allowed to go inside and wait for the manager to return because the lobby was closed.

I was so excited for Carl's Jr. It sounded so good. I am on Social Security and can only afford to go out once or twice a month. :( Couldnt finish burger. It was what I can only explain as damp and luke warm. The bacon was fatty. I got grossed out and took the patty out and still grossed out to threw it away. The fries and criss cuts wear also damp, luke warm and limp. They didnt want to come out of the carton even when I tipped it. Both are sitting here half eat and on the way to the garbage. I finished my soda. But pretty grossed out. Feel a lil ill. Boo! I was so excited. : ( The bag was so damp, the bag came apart like a wet napkin. Look at the fry cartons. Mixture of greasy and Microwave is all that comes to mind. Boo. : (
