Who the "heck" closes at 4 on a weekday and is not even opened on a Saturday? Yes, you read that correctly... the store on Main closes at 4PM and is not open on Saturday... Even Chik-a-Fil is open on Saturday... How does a business run like this? Plus, last couples of times our order has been wrong. I really hate Subway (awful sandwiches and politics,) so I'm still looking for a decent sandwich place. Brucchi's, I guess?

The employees are oddly passive aggressive and rude. I work downtown and have stopped going there because it’s such a poor experience. I’m not sure what’s happened to the culture of the store located off Main, but it’s to the point I would rather go to Subway, take a bite of that garbage sandwich, and throw it away just to avoid the brats at JJ on Main.

Absolutely the worst place to order from. Drivers don’t know how to follow direction. And a restaurant that’s .3 miles away form my school should take over 1hr to get there. Not very freaken fresh and fast.

If I could give this place ZERO STARS I would. I’ve ordered from here twice. Each time it’s been awful. This last time, my single sandwich took almost TWO HOURS! It was an Unwich, and was soggy and gross by the time I got it (after my lunch was over and I had to be back at work btw). After I ordered, the app said “Out for delivery” at 12:36. I am no more than 5-7 minutes away. I called at 1:20 asking where it was, I was told it was just now leaving. It finally arrived at about 1:55pm. It was a soggy mess. I called to ask about a refund due to time and quality. The manager finally said “sure”. It’s been almost three weeks and it has NOT been refunded. He tried to guilt me by saying how hard it was and he’d have to call the credit card company. Not my problem. Ugh. Do better Jimmy Johns!!!

Freaky fast subs as long as you order them at the counter not online

Hard enough time getting into shop due to construction, workers had chair blocking the door...3 young men behind counter, no other customers and they refused to separate bread from meat&veggies as I had 2 hr drive home.. or offer ice bag to keep meat fresh like every other JJ had no problem doing.. Bread DID get wet guys!
They forgot the extra onions (he heard me ask and repeated 'extra onions' ) Terrible attitude.
2 weeks later Update: Don't expect much from contacting the local management. I ordered 2 sandwiches, Lulu's and the Bootlegger's extra cheese add onions, costing $18 and they said IF I come back TO them again I can get 1 free sandwich. When I tried to clarify why so little, no response at all. Not likely.

I forgot my lunch and ordered from Jimmy John's never had any issues with them until today not only did I get the wrong sandwich but took them 50min (not kidding) to get me the one I ordered and looked like it was stepped on....I might just be done with them

Very disappointed. My pickle was so bitter for some reason. I order a pickle every time I go to jimmy johns and they are so good but this time my pickle literally tasted like black coffee. Workers were not really friendly either
