Jack In The Box

If you must go to Jack in the Box go to another location. This place is awful! The restaurant was empty when we arrived but we needed to ask them if they could clean off a table since all were dirty. The floor was littered with garbage. The staff were just hanging out behind the counter talking. We ordered, then I went to the restroom. OMG! Sink literally falling off the wall, one stall was out of order and the other had a broken lock. We ordered a soda, tasted flat, didn't drink it. Food came and we started to eat it, both of us trying to stay positive. After a few bites I asked my husband if he wanted to eat somewhere else. The chicken was hard and dried out. He agreed immediately and we had a much better meal elsewhere. It's the first time I've ever left a restaurant without eating the food. Sad. I'll never get those $20 back.

After date night we decided to stop to grab something quick. We noticed it was a little busy, but not more busy than we had seen it before (considering it's next to the college). We waited for over an hour in the line total. Watched the (4) workers joke, ordered and herd them over the intercom a few times. Once we got to the window the worker explained that they only had 2 people on shift and weren't taking any more orders. We left very unhappy and late to pick up our son from the babysitter.

So this has got to be the worst jack in the box I have ever been to in my life, and one really clear point I can make is tonight… I have been sitting in the line of the drive through for almost 1 hour now .. give or take oh 12 min… now there was prob 6 cars ahead of me but … well I’ve been to plenty to of fast food places and I don’t think I you could ask for a more horrible person example of the worst management I’ve ever experienced at a fast food restaurant… and you dont even have to blame it on the food … the closing crew here tonight… every person would be fired if I owned this place and the manager of the store would be the second person that I fired.. I’d leave if I could right now but there are cars behind me and I’ve watched prob 4 ppl pull in and leave at the tail end… what a nightmare I will prob never eat at a Jack in the box again because of this place solely.. I’m not even hungry anymore and I’ve over an hour now waiting in line to order food .. been pulled up the the order microphone for 15 min and I know there is one car up there waiting for food… so I can also says these workers are lazy on purpose and I don’t even want to know what is gonna happen to my food if I order… worst fast food experience ever in my life right now! Sorry good bye jack in the box.

Went there 45 min ago. They did not give a receipt, I spend $20 for 2 loaded breakfast sandwiches, 7pc jalapeño poppers and loaded mini tacos. They handed me a bag and closed the window. The bag felt heavy and it was my fault for not checking but I drove home which is 45 min away and there was no sandwiches, the poppers are way overcooked, the tacos were not loaded mini tacos, just plain and they didn't even give the right sauces for it anything like I asked. $20 down the drain, order majorly messed up and no receipt. I would call and try to ask for a partial refund but since they didn't give me a receipt and immediately closed the window and walked away after I got my bag, I don't think it'd be worth it, and driving 45 min back there would waste more money on the gas vs getting the order fixed. Really disappointed. My fault for not checking bag but I also just got off a 12 hour shift and jist wanted some quick food and head home. 🙃 Definitely won't be coming back for awhile until I cool down. Next time I'm double checking everything and asking for a receipt before they close the window on me, but very poor customer service and very disappointed in what I receive vs what I asked for. I know fast food workers are over worked and stressed, I get it but please be mindful of the customers that come through and make sure you're not missing steps. Atleast the mini tacos tasted good 👍

Honestly I love jack in the box but everytime I hit this one in Spokane I am treated with the worst service. They will have employees smoking Js in the parking lot with customers in line waiting. If you ask for a special type of item like the triple cheese bacon fries they tell you they have no cheese or bacon but said nothing about the bacon on my sandwich I ordered. They just hire people with no drive. You want good jack go to the one on market. Manager Scott over there knows what’s up.

Apparently they’re short staffed and the lobby is closed but no signs that let people know. This makes it harder for a pick up order for Uber Eats/ Door Dash/ Grubhub. Thanks for not letting your customers know that the lobby is closed. And when I finally got there, they messed up and only gave me one drink which I needed two. It looked like there were three people working. The kid in drive thru apparently can’t handle a rush. If you’re that short, close the store! And after this bad experience, I will no longer pick up food there again!

Stood in line for 10 minutes of my 30 minute lunch, for 3 employees, 1 working the grill, 1 on the drive thru, and 1 person just standing there, to look at a line with 3 other sets of customers behind me, and say nothing about helping the lobby. They efectively ignored everyone to the point I told people they're not serving the lobby upon leaving.
