Buffalo Wild Wings

This Buffalo Wild Wings location did not disappoint. The tables were a little tight together but other than that, everything was great. The bathrooms were clean but the changing table in the Women’s bathroom is not level, so be careful with your little ones. Food was beyond expectations and simply delicious. It truly hit the spot! Server was slow to greet us but made up for it by his kindness and efficiency. Overall, not a bad experience and definitely recommended!

Whew! This place needs a thorough scrub down. Entering the doors, the smell of soiled stinky wet rug was prominent. I'd like to ask management how often this place is steamed clean. We were not greeted as we entered the venue within the mall. Upon entering that door, there was a bench full of people waiting to pick up their to-go orders. After a few minutes standing, we signaled a Greeter about 15ft away who was standing at a counter near the Main Entrance doors. We had to initiate the greeting, and had to ask for a table. The waitress was very forgetful and untruthful. She brought out a dish, and exclaimed she forgot utensils. She brought utensils, but forgot the sodas. After saying the wings "will be out in 3min", it came out in 10. DO NOT come here for the burgers. The onion rings were more of a delight than the poorly seasoned patty & overall burger taste. Do come here if you like crispy well seasoned wings. That's what the name covers anyways, huh? 10pc was delicious. It was just a shame all the other factors/ experience of the place was poor. There's a ton of screens and large ones too. Venue is nicely lit. Table space is very close, that you'll hear your neighbor's every conversation and chew. Bathrooms are clean and smell better than the venue's entrance (Wow!). If you go, I'd sit far away from the doors next time. Maybe at the far end of the bar (far right while entering from the front door) while ordering JUST the wings. Picture is as is when the food came out. Disorganized and unappealing. Taste was poor (as mentioned earlier). The wings win and were eaten without a photo have been taken. 2☆s

I've have not been here in about 10 years the food was great. I went on Thursday and it's 2x on boneless wings. We also got a chicken wrap it was pretty good my wings personally were a little over cooked but the teriyaki on them add the moisture that the wing was missing. My party's server was very polite and was very helpful. Over all I say 4 because I went In for the first time and planned getting wings but the wings were way smaller then they use to be.

20 min wait...? The best part is that some in our group were wanting to drink, so we asked for the bar. They said no seats available. Vaneee seated others in front of us. When we asked her about it, she was a bit out of sorts and didn't have an answer. Very disorganized to say the least. We did get seated right away in one of the empty tables after we said something. So maybe that's the key here. Complain and you'll get seated. It was the handicap seat so maybe they think I'm special.

Every time that I’ve come to Buffalo wild wings I’ve tremendously enjoyed the atmosphere, food and the staff there. I definitely give them five out of five stars and highly recommend them to anybody who wants to get great tasting wings and watch whatever sports game that’s on. Thank you Buffalo wild wings! Keep up the great work.

We absolutely love the bartender. Brittany is amazing and we enjoy her. She's super friendly and has a great sense of humor. She knows our drink and food selection and starts making our drinks as soon as she sees us. She goes about and beyond just being a bartender. When our food orders are prepared wrong she does what she can to make it right. Her friendly personality and good sense of humor is what keeps bringing us back. And because we know she will make sure our orders are correct. She truly cares about her customers. 5 stars for her!

Didn't think I'd leave a bad review ever for this place, until a couple of months ago. I've ordered from the app for delivery. Ordered 4 times, same thing every time, and 3 times I didn't receive my large fries or veggies from the traditional combo. The third time my wings were all dry and did not have any sauce that I ordered the wings with. The most recent time I ordered, they missed the whole 20 wings from the combo, so I received the large fries only. I called the place the last 3 times out of 4 to tell them that they've been missing my orders, so the girl working there said that she'd talk to her manager and refund us the money that's worth. NEVER received my money back! I love y'all food, but your service has been going down. Too bad I don't have the mentality to call and have to ask for my money back when you effed up my orders anymore. Good luck keeping the business going for your other customers.

This was a very strange experience. Felt kind of like an airport restaurant. Everything was expensive and we waited for a table for 10 minutes even though I could clearly see 20 tables empty that hadn't been bussed yet. Maybe understaffed but then I also received tiny wings. Spent a good chunk of change and was still hungry. I'd recommend going to wing stop. It's nearby and they have better portions for price.
