Amazing restaurant! Frequented by our family. Great service from day one, the waiters are really attentive and as quick as they can be. Good meal portions, usually enough to take home in a doggie bag. The food is quite delicious and more authentic than most Mexican restaurants in the city, and on a more specific note, the enchilada sauce is fantastic and DOESN'T TASTE OF PEANUT BUTTER. Highly recommend coming here if you have a hankering for Mexican eats.

A small simple Mexican restaurant on Hamilton Street. Overall the food was lack luster. The service was nice but not very timely. I went with a group of 9 people and not a single dish was rated above average.

Yummy!. Had the chili relleno lunch, served with rice and beans, guacamole and lettuce. Very reasonable price, $10.60 for lunch and a drink, after taxes. Pleasantly decorated with Talavera tile tables. Definitely will be back!

It was ok. We were hoping for a more authentic Mexican place, but alas, no. This place has a menu pretty much identical to Casa de Oro, Puerto Vallarta, etc. More typical American Mexican done decently.

Service was also decent. It took longer than I expected for our waiter to take our drink order, but that's not too bad. The adult's food arrived quickly, but the 3 year old was kept waiting about 5 minutes longer. How long does a cheese quesadilla take? The food itself was all decent, but nothing special. The chile relleno, which was recommended, was not a true relleno, it was a poblano and cheese, wrapped in a layer of scrambled egg. Tasty, but not a chile relleno. The shredded beef was super dry. Surprisingly, the whole pinto beans were really, really good. Very flavorful, just the right amount of salt, and the beans were cooked to a creamy consistency without falling apart. Another thing to note: they put cheese on EVERYTHING. Not just a sprinkle, but like your days worth of saturated fat on one plate. If you like that-you just found your favorite place. It was overpowering to me. Hubs had the chicken in mole, which was alright, but a bit too sweet and the chicken was overcooked white meat (why, oh WHY, do restaurants use breasts for mole? Use a different cut from the chicken!). The kids food was plain (as expected), but good, and a large portion size. Our bill came to $35 and change, not too bad for a very full family (two adults, one kid, and one toddler) and leftovers.

The decor was ok, also pretty generic, but very clean and simple. Parking is easy and abundant, which is nice for parents having to haul kids around.
