One of those classic diners that I have been seeing in movies all my life .. and got a chance only when I moved to Spokane :)
The classic seating, an old pot of coffee to start with, hard to make a choice kind of menu .. and all that.
To be honest, they were everything I expected .. warm friendly service .. great food .. good prices .. wonderful kitchen :)
Got myself a Spanish omelette and some coffee .. since they serve 6 eggs omelette I requested if i could get just 4 .. 6 felt a bit too much and I didn't want to waste or box it.
And Yes !! they got me one made of 4 :) ..
The food was good .. but that was mostly expected from a classic diner .. :)
PS - the best part was that they adjusted the 2 eggs in the bill :) .. which money wise might not be of much significance but is a great gesture :)
And after seeing the photos I so want to try the Molly's country mess .. anyone ??
I Love Mollys Family Resteraunt. It is family and kid freindly, as well as a great place to eat; whether it is Breakfast, L:unch, or Dinner.Mollys also has a wide range of beverages including some delicious milkshakes.
The employees their are freindly, and happy.the training in the environment must be excellent! I can truly say from experience I enjoy this place and reccomend anyone to go there!
Huge portions and good service. Best breakfast in Spokane I believe. Have not found better anywhere around here for either quality, price, or service.
Old school breakfast joint. Lots of stuff made from scratch here. Owner came out and said hello. Friendly guy and nice staff. Our baked chicken dish was good with crispy skin and nice flavor.
This is the whole family's fave breakfast place downtown. My kids, my hubby, parents, everybody. It's old school and the waitresses are constantly on the move, because the cooks crank it out like pros. It isn't very expensive and you get a lot of food. Somebody always tries to not order anything big, and is required to help everybody else finish. Breakfast food is not the best to bring home and reheat, but you can order anything on the menu any time of day too. Love Molly's
Great place. Went there for the first time tonight. Carmen was the waitress, and was not only beautiful, but attentive and friendly.
As a fat man, I've never left a restaurant with more than half of a meal still left over, and that happened. The burger I had was huge! Onion rings and tots were hot and tasty as well.
If Molly's had wi-fi, they'd get a 5. :) Will eat there again!
I like this place a lot but not because the food is amazing. It's a comfortable place to sit with friends and family and just chill. I've been coming here for several years and always come back. The coffee is always good and I order and like the eggs Benny. The chicken fried steak and eggs is good but not amazing. The portions are huge. I've tried some of the lunch and dinner menus but have never been impressed. If you stick to coffee and anything breakfast you shouldn't be let down.
Freaky Logo, Great Place. My friend used to refer to Molly's as "the place with the possessed cat on the window." That was completely off base. It's a dog.
My family and I have been there dozens of times over the years, and the service and food have been very good overall. Prices are very reasonable. Portions are gigantic.
This place is old-school. If you're vegan, blah blah intolerant, or a hipster looking for locally sourced, cage free toothpicks, please go somewhere else. Molly's is big, cheap, good, unhealthy comfort food that is served with a smile. Yeah, you can get a salad, but it's not going to be a sparse plate of spring greens and dandelions.
Recommended: omelets, waffles, pancakes, turkey & avocado club sandwich
Not my favorite: chicken fried steak
Favorite breakfast place in town. Great food (love the omelets) and staff/service is fabulous.
Been for lunch once and wasn't too impressed.
Good joint. passed on this place so many times . Open thanksgiving so said what the hell .. Glad we stopped GIANT breakfast .. Good service .. Will go again
