Subway

Feel ripped off and will not be coming back anytime soon. $25 for skimpy sandwiches. Had to ask for more lettuce 3x and still didn’t get any. Tomatoes had vine ends in them on both our sandwiches. So sad what has happened to Subway. Used to be big sandwiches for really low prices. UPDATE 10-23-19 I have come back 2 times since my post and the staff have been so much better about giving enough veggies and everything has tasted fresh.

Went here with my mom today around 3pm. A new employee, Dane, was preparing our sandwhiches and was doing a fantastic job. He was very kind and had great customer service. HOWEVER, the girl who was training him (I didn’t see her name, she had burgundy hair with space buns) was belittling him the entire time. She was so unnecessarily rude and mean to him the entire time to the point where it was making the customers uncomfortable. We would go back every day just for the new pleasant employee called Dane however we will not be going back because of space bun girl.

The dude that works here is fantastic at his job. However, he shouldn't have to deal with such a large crowd by himself. Again he manages his time excellently but with so many customers its unfair to the customer that we should have to spend half our lunches waiting for an over priced sub. To the franchie owner, Stop being a cheap MF'er and staff properly. These other Reviews are Subway Bots

Very good food!! I'm in love with the raspberry cheesecake cookies along with a turkey guacamole on flat bread with spinach instead of lettuce. It's the most absolutely tasting food & a great place to get sub sandwiches to your liking. Fast & courteous service which is great. The prices for food items are inexpensive & definitely worth every penny you spend.😃

Went in to get food, no one else in the store. She comes out from the back and says she's too busy "to help me right now, it will be 10 to 15 minutes." So I asked if she wanted me to take my business someplace else, she gave me the same answer. Ok then, Ill go someplace else and off I go. Worst Subway service I've ever experienced.

Worst service ever! Not able to order over the phone so spent 45 minutes trying to place an online order--wouldn't take my payment. Tried to pay through PayPal--still wouldnt take my payment. Drove directly to the business at Argonne Village and was treated so very badly by the employee. It was now an hour before closing time and they obviously wanted to go home. Slamming my sandwich around, rolling her eyes, and speaking to me as if I were stupid. When I apologized for coming in so late and explained the difficulties with paying online after I originally called to place my order, was told that the app doesn't work and that they hear that from many people. I have never felt so disrespected in all my life and will NEVER return to this location again. Sorry I wasted YOUR time!
