I watched the guy make my 2 sandwiches. Everything looked fine. When I went to eat my sandwich, I found a medium length black hair in it. We were too far away to take it back and show them.

Can you please put up some sort of sign telling customers that you don't accept coupons? Or only for certain sandwiches?
Super frustrating to get to check out only to learn that you don't accept coupons for the sandwich that was just made.

The staff was not friendly or helpful, and ignored customers. The bread wasn't fully baked, and the veggies were all old and wilted. The spinach was actually half rotten

TBH, I was rather upset with the lack of hair nets on either the employee or manager.. c'mon now, I don't wanna taste hair . Food was good & they WERE very friendly & fast.. I will come again!!

This subway always stays clean and hires good staff. This particular visit the guy making my sandwich was dancing and happy and asking all the relevant questions...which actually matters if you know subway.
