Panera Bread

I don't know the girl's name, but a huge thank you to the young lady who helped me on the phone with my gift card order. You allowed my fiancé and I to have a DELICIOUS dinner which was what we needed for our "date time". We will be definitely going there on a regular basis. Absolutely delicious food and great service.

Panera is usually on point, the last couple of visits its as if they are going through an employee turn-over. I went through the drive-thu and received the wrong order; they asked me to pull around to the drive-in slots in the front. They brought out another wrong order which I almost drove away with. Finally, they brought out the correct order, only to find when I arrived home, they forgot my 2 shortbread iced cookies and there was no salad dressing for my wife's fuji chicken salad (they did get the no onions right) which pretty much makes it no fun to eat. I am not slamming Panera in this review but it does cost them two stars. Usually they're a great choice; believe they still are, just jammed up over attention to detail. Plus their parking lot situation and drive-thru logistics could use a lean six sigma continous process improvement review. Get it together Panera you're much better than this. Still recommended! You're customer service and quality of food saves you overall. Just that attention to detail challenge which you can definitely fix! DRIVE ON!
