I come to this location often. The girls there were so friendly and very quick to get my coffee.

Staff talking loudly over each other. Coffee tasted burnt. I needed toask for the cups to be filled up because they actually weren't filled only 3/4 filled, and was given attitude for asking.

Solid Dunkin. Good coffee and a solid Boston Crème. Drive through line could be a touch quicker, but that’s my only complaint if I’m honest.

The ladies and gentlemen were very friendly with a great sense of humor. The lady that was making my food seemed to be grumpy who could use a good laugh. The drink was fantastic! Thank you it gave me wanting more! Service was quick so I could be on time. Yet bet early. Thank you all for your great service whom I talked to!

Dunkin, Can be hit or miss. However, the employees at this location seem to try to make the experience a delightful one. Each time I have come to this location, my drink order is actually made to perfection as well as the food is on point. Keep up the great work.

Dunkin is located on West Ridge rd in Parma ny. The exerior of the parking lot was clean and safe.
The interior of this building was clean and organized 👌 The employees were very friendly and helpful and take my order fast.
Everything that I order from D&D is always at the same level of quality and taste.
I love D&D for my coffee and desert fix.
Great job to all the employees who keep this place clean and yummy 😋

Always love Dunkin I order the same thing A med Charlie(made my way) with 4 Carmel 3 cream 3 sugar extra cinnamon on my cold foam and please stir it. I have never had my drink perfect. If it has extra cinnamon they didn't stir it if they stir it they forget extra cinnamon they usually mess something up. This Dunkin Nailed my Charlie best one I've had yet.

I usually order ahead on the app. Kind of hit and miss. Sometimes you get what you order, or not. Often they have been out of something I ordered and had to wait for me to get there to make a substitution. Kind of kills the contactless angle. But it is convenient. The app let's you get a freebie once in a while and you can choose to use credit card or establish a balance on their payment card.

I frequent this particular Dunkin' often since it is in a very convenient location between places I travel to.
Their friendly staff and have a quick drive thru.
Inside it definitely takes longer to receive your order, which can be a bit annoying.
I have gotten a couple did drinks there before. Both were Chai lattes. One was poorly mixed or something since there was grainy bits in the drink and the other was lukewarm at best.
