After visiting Canada ( Home of Tim Hortons), this one was on the slower side for service, but the order was spot on.

Best Tim Hortons in the area by far! They always get my order correct. Their drinks taste good and are consistent. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I will literally go out of my way to go to this Tim’s when I’m craving it.

I love this Tim hortons and have never had an order messed up. If on the off occasion I ask if they can fix it and they always do. The staff is also really nice and patient.

Update:
Tim Hortons in Brockport underwent renovation a while ago. Appears to be not just with appearance but with management as well. Orders have been accurate and efficient.

I love this location. Read the reviews about the inconsistencies. I have experienced it too. But, they stood behind that errors and took care of it. Plus, this location in the mornings is very crowded. The staffs are very friendly.

Stopped by after an appointment and on the way to work for some ice coffee and a bagel. Went through the drive thru. Service was great and the food and drink were great to.

Gets the order right way more than Gates location, but beware they do not take 50$ bills which is ridiculous to me, and they have refused to do special orders on their sandwiches. If I don't want lettuce, I don't want lettuce! It's not like I'm asking to pay less because of it.
