Taco Bell

Usually I like this place. This time. They were out of about everything. Order was completely wrong. Got the right order and the food was horrible. Usually I will just stomach through something like this because I don't want to waste it. However I couldn't do it. Threw it all away. If I go back home it's a lot better.

Definitely a busy place to be. It's my first time being at Taco Bell in numerous, numerous years. It was my husband's first time ever and we were trying something different then the regular go to while we were in town shopping. We ordered a few varieties of food to try. My husband is a big hard shell taco fan. He ordered 2 and they were pathetic. They barely put in any meat, it was abysmal. The rest of the food was okay but I'm surprised they even have hard shell tacos on the menu, we at one point wondered if even to get to a good ratio of meat and veggies if you had to order extra extra and pay a huge price to get more. We will definitely be sticking with Taco John's instead of coming back.

Blonde short boy hair cut girl is definitely one of the rudest employee ever. Waited about 30 min for our food. Walked up and asked nicely about our food and her reply back was definitely unexpected. She said she's the only who's working but that definitely wasn't true. There was more than a few of them. Throwing our food on the counter was disrespectful and disgusting of her. Bigger set boy with long curly hair walked up to her saying something to her as I can hear them talking. These employees need better training with customers service. If I can give it a BIG 0 , I would!

If I could give it zero stars I would. Got there and had to use the kiosk which was fine, it gives you an option to pay with cash at the register but when my fiancé got there he said he needed to pay & a girl with greenish blue hair rudely asked him for what? Then proceeded to give us the wrong freeze so when we asked for the right when she she gave us attitude and was very rude. She also proceed to throw a persons food away when he went to go use the restroom so when he got back asked for his food & she just said oh I thought you left. So the guy ended up leaving and not finishing his food. I understand she could have been having a bad day but to take it on someone else isn’t okay. Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had.

The food was fine however when I tried to say no tomatoes on my frys the cashier got all weird rude and almost had a breakdown the cook took it pretty cool tho, whoever is the manager there definitely shouldn’t be running a store based on other observations I made but hey I just wanted some cheesy frys not get treated the way I did cause I didn’t want tomatoes

We went into the restaurant last night(12-9-2021) around 8pm, there were 5 people working. When we walked into the restaurant there was garbage over flowing in the cans, the tables were dirty and there was food on the floor. We ordered our food and the girl taking our order said "oh by the way we are out of Pepsi" and it took over 20 minutes to get our food. When it came, it was such poor quality. I ordered a Chicken Chulpa meal and there was only 4 small pieces of chicken in side the shell and the lettuce tasted bad. The employees were standing around in the back chatting while people are waiting for food and the dinning room is a mess. Used to love coming here but this will probably be our last stop
