I love Arby's, but this location was a huge disappointment! Poor customer service, room temperature fries and sandwich, and no sauce added to the bag! My 4 year old took a bite if his chicken nugget and said it was too hard and crunchy. I tried it and it was ridiculous and barely edible.
Just make the trip across the parking lot to a different food service and save yourself the mistake if eating dinner here.

Rude employees rude manager got hung up on when I called in about the smart mouth at the window they were so rude I left the food at the window ruined my whole day. they lost a coustomer forever I will never go to another Arby's in my life worst service ever this experience ruined it for me. Also asked for the owners number and they gave me a false number. Ik I sound like a Karen but I'm telling you guys it was that bad

Listen, why do I give a fast food place five stars? Well, they execute their mission perfectly. I don't come here for gourmet food, I come to grab a quick bite. The roast beef is just...well...dang good! They've perfected a product and it tastes good, which is what I want. Any roast beef sandwich is good, but the Reuben is surprisingly good for a fast food meal, rivaling many other more expensive chain restaurants. Arby's is my fast food favorite, and frankly a choice above other "sit-down" chains.

Tables were dirty. The fries were cold. The sandwiches didn't look anything like the pictures & they didn't mention the 2 for 6 special even though we ordered those sandwiches...
