It was my first visit and I had a good experience. I ordered the spinach wrap with teriyaki chicken, provolone cheese, spinach leaves, chipotle ranch sauce, with light pepper. *in case anyone wants to try it* please bring back the mesquite bbq sauce! I would have posted a picture but unfortunately the sandwich didn't make it. I will the next time I go.

Since the new owner of this location has taken over, I have noticed seen a sunificant change, and not for the best. For years, this was a Great restaurant for fast food in the downtown area. Serving so many 8 -5 customers. Since the new owner, I have ssen a big change in staff, stopped breakfast, food not always fresh, alot of items not available due to running out, no tea due to machine broken. I would think as a Business person and Restaurant owner, you would want better for your restaurant, and continue to cater to the customers. Highly disappointed.

Service was fast and friendly - pretty much par for the course, we've found. The real customer service came when, within the course of 45 seconds, my kid knocked my hubs sandwich on the floor and my other kid fell out of his chair.
The workers quickly came to our aid, checking on our son and giving us a new sandwich. They didn't have to do either of those things! Needless to say, we will be back!

The service was exemplary! She made our sandwich perfect, following directions and adding just the right amount of ingredients. The restaurant was very clean. Easy access makes this a nice place for a quick lunch.

Good location and size of building. Seems like the staff work a bit slower than the average subway. It was clean and I dont think I've ever waited in a line. Food was good but the tomatoes are always very light in color, like they're not ripe. I'd love some fresh plump RED tomatoes. I will eat here again
