Would have been 5 stars if the pricings in store matched what was said on the phone, but other than that, the flavors were great! We got the Heaps of Love and Lemon Meringue. Ice cream is thick and creamy with bold flavors.
Came down to grab some ice cream before seeing fireworks on the 4th and it was SO good! Normally I love the butter pecan but I opted for the coconut almond & it was delightful!!! The line was looped around and out the door but the staff was wonderful and so very friendly!! Definitely the spot to enjoy ice cream ANY DAY!
My husband and I have tried most of the ice cream places in the area, but Hub City Scoops is consistently the best. It's the place we always take friends and family when they visit. My husband enjoys the stranger flavors, but I love their Zanzibar chocolate!
Customer service was great! The young women working there were friendly, patient and polite. I enjoy the Turtle Ice cream in a waffle cup. My daughter enjoyed a Turtle ice cream shake and my sister enjoyed Butter Pecan ice cream. We will definitely revisit .
It's been a very long time since I had ice cream this creamy and delicious. Whatever you're doing keep it up because this is our new favorite ice cream shop.
Since the dawn of time, mankind has tried to capture the essence of creaminess. Hub City Scoops has done it, and in a waffle cone. You can get a pretty good sugar buzz from the store ice cream "flight", a board of four ice cream flavors served with waffle cone chips.
Cookies as large as - and vastly more appetizing than - a child's face are available. I swear one of them actually incorporated full-size Hersey kisses.
I will be back - the flavors rotate, I'm told.
I love the variety of flavors and options. The staff was accommodating, allowing my 2 small children and myself try samples before committing to our flavors. I also appreciate the small tables for small people. My kids really enjoyed it and we'll be back.
