Terrible. When visiting family, we always make a point to stop at the Sonic in Sparta. Tonight was awful. Out of 5 burgers, 3 had wrong condiments even though the stickers were correct. Burgers were COLD and bun was falling apart. We couldn't eat three of the burgers. After spending $48, very disappointed.

I have only been to a Sonic maybe 5 times, it has always just been ok. This was the first time here ordered a crispy chicken sandwich. It was really good also got a pretzel stick, loved it. Didn't take long to get the order, they were fairly busy and the server was friendly. I will go back

All the employees are parking in stalls leaving less stalls open for customers!! Also taking them longer to bring out food then the time they are given too (even when there’s about four customers in the parking lot itself) . Absolutely ridiculous at this point.. what happened to Sparta sonic?!?

Very friendly staff and the food is always excellent. I had the chicken strip meal and an Oreo milkshake. I would’ve liked more oreos in it but It was still very yummy.

I've had problems with both locations in Cookeville getting my order wrong and the food being bad. One time we got onion rings that were both burnt and uncooked at the same time. For some reason, if you ask them to hold the mayo, for example, that's the only thing that will be on your sandwich. I've complained before and was told to download the app, register with my email, and I'd get a free meal for my trouble. I downloaded the app and got nothing. Tonight my wife and I ordered three 6" chilli cheese coneys with mustard and onions. We drove home and found three plain hotdogs with mustard and onions. Now we're making a 16 mile round trip on $4.00 a gallon gas and I'm so angry I probably won't be able to eat. It's very unlikely that we'll go back.
